Just found this musical and it's already become one of my favorites! I've watched several productions of it (including a bootleg of the OBC) on YT and bought the OBC recording, which I've listened to countless times already. Love it so much! It NEEDS to come back, or be made into a movie!
Totally agree, I'd love to see it back on Broadway! I just can't decide if I want to see it with the original cast back since they're all so freaking amazing, or if a new cast could be found to fill those enormous shoes! I can't decide who I'd like to see take the torch from these legends! Jennifer Hudson, maybe? Jonathan Groff? But... yeah, I can't think of anyone comparable to Sherie!
