Danny Nowlin Not every Muslim who thinks their religion is one of peace is lying. Many are indoctrinated and don’t know the tenants of their own faith but just accept what they are told. A lot of these people are casual Muslims and don’t study the Koran. It is the “hardcore” (for the lack of a better term) Muslims that are taught to lie and lie with impunity in order to spread the control of Islam.
My point here is simply this- if you want to be taken seriously and have any kind of productive discussion, don’t jump in calling people liars. If they are not telling the truth, the evidence of that will quickly be revealed.

What I find the most terrifying is that this vile act wasn't perpetrated by one man. It likely wasn't even a group of friends or acquaintances. My point being, the moment that light went out a LARGE group of men who were likely strangers beforehand ALL IMMEDIATELY had the exact same thoughts, intentions and actions. For a woman to even witness something like this, you must feel like you're surrounded by predators at all times just waiting for an opportune moment to attack and justifiably so! How could you ever feel safe? Absolutely terrifying! God bless her strength and her continued healing! As well as the women who still live in fear and endure this disgusting "treatment" everyday.

We now have these practices in the West (see Germany on New Year's Eve) - we do have change in immeasurable ways, but not for the better (unless you think this attack was acceptable/good). She's not a role model or a badass, she's a dumba** who was totally ignorant of the culture of the place she visited, and paid the price. These practices are still commonplace in Egypt/the Middle East, and are now increasingly seen in Europe. The only way she could have turned this into an event that changed the world for the better is if she had realized WHY these men did what they did, and told the West to stop with the delusional thinking that got her into that situation in the first place ("all cultures are equal, I can go to a square of riled up young Arab men as a Western woman, not cover up and expect to be treated like I would in Western countries").

The culture in Egypt could be a factor in this womans atrocious violation by a mob of thousands of swine. Her husbands point of view was also enough to cause him permanent Catatonia.
The Egyptian women and the military rescuers who imperiled themselves to save her are compelling reasons to not nuke Egypt. It was good business for Lara to split pronto as such countries have been known to prosecute and imprison their victims who dared to not deny what happened to them.
God bless Lara, her courage streangth and honor are second to none. And may God bless also the culture of Egypt with whatever inspiration would be required to rehumanize it.
