On the second day of Christmas, my favourite doll-tuber gave to me, two snowflake garlands and a doll-sized stocking for the hearth!

I remember doing this as an elementary schooler, only instead of white paper to make snowflakes, we used yellow and orange paper to make marigolds for Dia De Los Muertos! I would tape up paper cut flowers all over my bedroom window in the last days of October, along with folded paper skulls. I know this is Craftsmas, but now I'm all nostalgic for my favorite fall holiday!
Loving this series rn. Been going through some grief this holiday season, but these tiny little crafts remind me of all the good things about being here on this small planet. This is giving me so much nostalgia for Christmas Time! Every year my mom would watch Kirsties Handmade Christmas and make some sort of craft (this year she’s crocheting practically everything she can think of) and this just makes me think of a smaller version of that and makes me want to be like my mom and make something for the holiday!
The itty bitty snowflake reminds me of the time my friend in art class made the most tiny little paper crane I’ve ever seen! It was adorable.
Woah i've never seen a snowflake made like this! I used to always cut out a circle, fold it into a sort of flat cone shape, and then cut along the edges, but this seems so much easier :O

Thank you. This is wonderful. I love simple crafts that I can make from trash! I like to fold twelve sections instead of sixteen so they look a little more like real snowflakes.
