I actually think her hands disappearing is kind of a cool element. You have to look for them and it gives a trickster vibe when you can’t immediately see what she’s doing. Like she could be holding a perfectly normal conversation but at the same time shes also stealing your watch and replacing it with an acorn on a string. I love these unintentional “flaws” that end up adding so much depth to the character and often work out better than if they had been planned.
I thought the same bc (I think) butterflies tend to match their surroundings for like survival reasons so I thought that it would make sense for fairies to do the same thing!!
I really like that the hands blend in with the other outfit aspects, it gives the illusion that she could be hiding in plain sight, and just blending in with the background so u can’t find her.
i was thinking exactly this and the rogue thing from ToxicognathHugs, it reminds me of the archetype from rouges known as arcane trickster that usually carry the cantrip called "mage hand" which is basically an invisible hand that can do simple tasks lol
As a rat owner, I absolutely love the rat tail! I can also imagine her with a couple of ratty mannerisms, like constructing little nests out of autumn leaves everywhere and constantly bothering other forest critters when she gets bored! :D

I think the difference between classic and cliché depends on how much heart you put into something, and this classic autumn doll definitely shows how much love you put into all of your projects. I love her so much 💛

Ahhh this came out with perfect timing! I plan on working on a mushroom ren faire doll and I want her to have moth wings and I was struggling with how to do that! This helps alot!
