I had the same issue with the Loelie jumper - it's gorgeous, but I couldn't make the double buttons look right on me, so I returned it. The floral top is really pretty on you!
The Leonora jumper has the same issue as the Nathalia jumper does then! I have the Natalia jumper and the wrap neck portion keeps gaping open more than I’m comfortable with. I ended up sewing the overlapping pieces together but it seems it might be hard to do with the Leonora jumper since it’s a right rib knit style. What a shame since it is a lovely style!
Also, if the Clyde came in navy, it would look great on you, I’m sure!

All I do is put a stitch to tops that open to low and that’s it because I also have small bust.

I have to say I prefer the light beige trenchcoat, as it looks fresher and lighter than the dark green one and therefore is more appropriate for spring time in my opinion.
Hi 😊 for the trenches, i dont have any sezane’s ones but i do have a collection of vintages trench coats. Actually in khaki and beige, and love them both. The beige is more spring i’d say and green more fir autumn or winter. But from your reaction i’d go for the khaki one. For jeans, I love weekday jeans (rowe) and also &other stories.

Light beige or Khaki works for you equally I think. Light beige might be nicer for spring. But just depends which one brings you the most joy and work better for your wardrobe. I bought the Khaki and I love it (just wish it was a bit shorter for petite persons like me then it would be perfect!) ❤

I think the khaki ones suit you best - however I am not entirely sure of how the Clyde trench fits. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect trench coat - probably for me it would be the Scott trench but slightly longer.
Despite the fact that this video was a fail (purchase wise) I still enjoyed it. I enjoy realistic videos and I'm enjoying your reviews 🙂 I always like well thought reviews of products and am still very curious on what you kept from your Sezane hauls last year 😅

I vote khaki amongst the trench coats you shown. I feel like ideally, a navy or dark blue would be best on you. Have you looked into your colour season? You have high contrast and seem cooler toned which is prob why the beige was not the best.

yes - a dark olive! I think khaki means different things in different countries interestingly. In England, khaki is green, I know in the US it's more of a beige/stone colour!

I’ve had my eye on that Leonore jumper, but I’d think with something like that it would be best over a silk camisole or tank top, so that was how I was planning to wear it. Bra, camisole, then the jumper. I am not sure why (maybe because of the photos Sézane puts on the product pages) but I keep seeing people in uncomfortable situations like this with Sézane clothes they really wanted, whether they be sheer or low cut and nobody considers putting something under them and instead return the item and act very sad about it and then I am left very confused. I have seen that with like 4 different people in the past 2 weeks.
Just from my personal experience I feel equally uncomfortable with a camisole etc underneath something. Sometimes the camisole can bunch or feel uncomfortable or like it needs to be adjusted under the garment so maybe that’s why. I have seen some beautiful lace bodysuits that might accomplish the same thing but without all the shifting around so for me personally I may give that a try. :)
@@Lauralouk77 yes it definitely depends on the specific garment you’re wearing underneath and the fabric. I was thinking silk because it is very slippery and would be the least likely thing to bunch up. Something like cotton or linen or pretty much anything probably would bunch or be sweaty and awful if it was polyester.
Katie I like the fit of the jeans you are wearing throughout the video. They look like a straight leg taylored midwash jean. Iam assuming they are the curve love 90's from Abercrombie. The fit is much better than the wide leg light denim you are wearing in the previous video. I am shorter too and believe wide leg pants are not as flattering on petites in general as they add too much weight to our bottom half. Thank you for the wonderful videos. Susan

I am team khaki too. Btw for the Madewell jeans, I went in store and the sales lady suggested some after she saw me trying a bunch. The Curvy 90s straight are the jeans for me. I am team smaller waist, bigger hips and they fit me like the dream. I got the petite size because I’m 5’3” but definitely size down. I’m a 44 in Sezane jeans and went with a 31 in the Madewell.
Ahh I wish we had stores in the UK it would make it so much easier! I ordered two pairs but like you say, they were way too big in my usual size! The shipping is kinda expensive to the UK too, and they don't do free returns :(

They run small so definitely order up a size. They’re also mid rise … so petite friendly/long torso unfriendly.

The concept of the Leonore is what I am looking for all the time. Sadly teh material seems to be quite thin/unflattering. I love the khaki Clyde on you. Would you say it fits true to size?
Yeah it is a bit. Thank you! Yes, it's designed to be worn a bit oversized but otherwise yes. For reference, the light beige I'm wearing is a size smaller than the khaki, but there isn't that much difference :)
Is the seam on the first jumper split on the right side? I like the look of the second jumper, but it's a little bulkier than I expected. I agree on the color of the trench coat. However, trenches are a fairly common item, and I don't think the Sezane version as nice as coats by other manufacturers. For the price, you could get a coat that looks much better on you.
It’s an intentional hole you thread the wrap of the jumper through. Not a defect 😊 ahh I love the Sézane trenches personally, I think the quality is much higher than similar or more expensive brands a lot of the time

how does the clyde fit with the sleeves unrolled? i'm quite petite and am on the fence about purchasing it as i've only seen it worn with the sleeves rolled up, and i'm afraid of it looking too big on me with the sleeves unrolled!
The sleeves are the right length on me unrolled, I’m 5’5 😊 would you wear it with the sleeves rolled? I think the lining is one of the best bits about the Clyde, so always wear mine rolled to show it off ☺️
I think the wrap jumper would work if you sized up, you were just lacking some fabric to cover up. But it is a bit transparent as well, so probably not the best quality-wise.
do you think? I thought it would gape even more in a size bigger but maybe you're right. Either way it's a no from me

The khaki Clyde looks stunning on you but I also think that the camel one looked stunning as well (even thought you said it wasn't your color scheme) - I myself have the camel one, being somewhere between cool winter and cool summer, and not warm at all 🙂For the jeans - have you tried Agolde denim? The pinch waist model might be the one for you, very pricey thought comparing to Sezane or Abercrombie. I was searching for a perfect pair of jeans for years, once I tried my first Agolde pair, I don't look anywhere else. Btw. do you plan to do a review on the Florie sandals? I would be interested to know whether they are comfortable and if they are true to size - do you wear same size as in the Vicky loafers?
Awh thank you!! I definitely like the khaki best. I think the camel probably does look okay as it’s more of a strong, saturated colour, even if it’s warm. I haven’t but would love to try Agolde! Have heard great things about them.
Regarding the Florie sandals, they were grey comfortable to wear whilst I filmed the video, and yes I took the same size as for the Vicky Loafers, they fit really well. I might reorder them once summer hits and if so will update you on how they wear!
