Ok I've fixed it. Thank you again for pointing that out, I really appreciate it. I must have over-written the listing when I created the new pattern for the pouches. It should work now!!
It really depends on the yarn you use and your tension. You can also keep going around and around once the pattern of the outer rounds is established, and make the placemat as large as you want, or stop early and make it small.
