Its weird how they dont have that many multiplayer maps in this game and they are pretty simplistic design. I hope they come out with some additional maps that are really creative design, with the theme of this game they could really go all out with ideas.
They probably have a bunch of maps ready but they will trickle them out slowly to generate hype every step along the way. The worst part is there is no more level editor for the community to make their own maps, what’s the last Call of Duty that still had that?

In the Fracture Jaw mission, the PS4 controller does not work wirelessly. Maybe it's a bug. You must use the USB connection. Shut down PS4, restart PS4, switch controller to USB connection în PS4 Settings, then start the game. Note that the USB controller connection is often interrupted. Don't panic, just press the power button on the controller.
Why is there no mention of PS5 Dualsense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. I hear it's a gamechanger - simulating gun trigger pull and recoil. After all, Sony secured exclusive contents and development for this game... Hopefully, IGN will have a separate reviews/coverage dedicated to this like they are with multiplayer and zombie mode.
At this point there are many people who buy games for only one aspect of the game and won't care for the others, ex: I just want zombies Wanting more money or not its better imo cuz I just want 2 modes
Now this....... This..... *Is the COD OG fans have been waiting for* Well done Treyarch 👍👍; I won't be trading COD for the first time in close to a decade.
7/10, I think IGN knows anything about black ops This game definitely should get a solid 8/10 cause after a really long time we got such a thrilling COD campaign.
Not really. If you go back throughout the campaign they’re are tons of hints and tells as to what’s actually going on. Was it anticlimactic and rushed when Mason found out Reznov was dead by Hudson literally screaming at you the twist? No. Was it rushed when in the next mission is literally the end of the game? No. It works well because the hints are there the whole time.
Bro the game was a solid 10/10 for me. Loved the new cast, loved the vibe, flowed well for a short campaign. Had some really cool references to BO1, especially that snow base mission. And that last mission was a pretty interesting way to tie it all together
I have a lot higher hopes for this game now. The original plane mission that was teased had me worried it would be an unrelenting explosion fest with absolutely no pacing, but the undercover missions sound fun.

The spy aspects were amazing imo. The tone of the game was on point, the most fun I've had since the original black ops.
Geez this has to be the most complimented 7/10 I’ve ever seen
Campaign is easily an 8/10 at least. It truly is the most engaging singleplayer Call of Duty experience in the last decade.
@Dylan Morgan that campaign was forgettable. Only mission i liked was clean house. It tires TOO hard to be edgy and show what was is. It doesn't resonate with you. World at war and mw2 were the cods that perfectly executed this. Only downside for bocw sp is it's short. That's all mate
This campaign was a 9/10 imo
Maybe the best cod campaign ever.
We will come 10 years later to this video
IMO
The campaign is a 9.5/10.
Multiplayer is a 7.4/10
Zombies is 8.8/10
Gun Feel/ 3D Audio is 10/10
Overall
35/40
or
89.3/100
A- COD
Everyone’s first so I’ll be second.
I'll be the Third
Being last is best.
Hi second, I'm third.
@@deminisis Sloppy lasts for you.
This is at least a 8.5 out of 10 for me due to the investigation missions. The only reason it’s not higher is cause it’s so short.
The twist at the end made it one of the best campaigns I’ve played
From what I just heard that is an incredibly advanced improvement of the COD campaign series, I hope to see more of this and especially from Infinity Ward.
What you mean the last 2 campaigns that infinity ward have made where great
@@plutovr5192 I know that both "MW2019" and "IW" had amazing campaigns and one of THE Best in the series, Infinity Ward was and still the no1 studio in storytelling.
What I meant is adding new things like what we saw in BO CW and BO2, for examples:
More side missions (IW had them) but has a role in the story, choices, multiple endings, optional dialogues with the team, collecting things that affect the story ... Like that.
I played this campaign and never saw half the clips in this video. What did I do wrong? I did every mission on the evidence board.
Robert Redford
Cold War Era
Mysterious Protagonist
Smoking
Character Customisation
Lockpicking
Puzzle Solving
Beautiful Graphics
Goes Really Dark
Less Guns More Story Driven
Not really very story driven the story is very contrived
The campaign was pretty short but it was great IMHO
Adler has the exaggerated swagger of a black teen.
I'm so glad he does!
Lool IGN not liking this year. This gets 7 and AC and watch dogs get 8. Looking forward to see how cyberpunk does.
Like Watch Dogs is truly a boring game, what many would call garbage.
@@I_THE_ME atleast Ubisoft trying...
This game really had a great campaign
Glad you enjoy it. Which console are you playing it on?
@@M_D93 ps4
Yeah I’m really enjoying it so far, just did the Vietnam mission
@@b2superbattledroid11 me too. Lol i'm loving it.
How long was it? Like, if you’re playing at a reasonable pace.
Easily the best story campaign ever played! Love the setting, wish more time was spent doing Cold War era spy stuff in East Berlin it was fantastic!
Finally! A new singleplayer call of duty game that is not locked behind some mandatory constant server connection. Had given up on call of duty since it went all online multiplayer. The black ops series is my favourite. Loved the single player campaigns.
No one cares if you’re first or not.
:(
Yes
I do
Last.
this is supposed to be a direct sequel to bo1 but I saw really other than the characters 1 reference to bo1
also what did they do to mason, woods and Hudson they act completely different to what they did in bo1
Does anyone remember Weaver
I know
hes in zombies
In the Fracture Jaw mission, the PS4 controller does not work wirelessly. Maybe it's a bug. You must use the USB connection. Shut down PS4, restart PS4, switch controller to USB connection în PS4 Settings, then start the game. Note that the USB controller connection is often interrupted. Don't panic, just press the power button on the controller.
The game is broken on the PS4. On the third level, my controller disconnects and won’t reconnect.
Same happen to me
Same problem. Happening to me in multiplayer
Yup same
Bro I thought I was the only one
I thought my controller was messed up or something
Why is there no mention of PS5 Dualsense haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. I hear it's a gamechanger - simulating gun trigger pull and recoil. After all, Sony secured exclusive contents and development for this game... Hopefully, IGN will have a separate reviews/coverage dedicated to this like they are with multiplayer and zombie mode.
Why does each component need separate reviews
they make more money with the videos that way
Because each component is completely different?
At this point there are many people who buy games for only one aspect of the game and won't care for the others, ex: I just want zombies
Wanting more money or not its better imo cuz I just want 2 modes
"and a whole lotta smoking...IN DOORS"
Hard hitting review here.
this man knows was the kids want.
"Call of duty black ops cold war really made me feel like a black ops" -IGN
I think its biggest problem is that it was too short. There also wasnt nearly enough mason and woods
I think they substituted length for the more branching storylines, different endings etc
@couldn't think of a username like 5 or 6 missions total
@couldn't think of a username 3.5h
Now this.......
This.....
*Is the COD OG fans have been waiting for*
Well done Treyarch 👍👍; I won't be trading COD for the first time in close to a decade.
I may have not have played the game YET but I'm my own reviewer I only come here to see the comments
Just played it, wtf was that ending lmao
There’s 3 different endings
JMAQ all of em are equally shocking
That pretty cool so its like bo2
peyton davila yes kinda but there’s so many plot twists that are as bad as the Woods Killing Mason in BO2
@@srimaankolanakuduru8543 oh that's interesting dude
Currently playing through this campaign, this and mw remasters not remakes are my faves
One of the best cod campaigns I’ve played hands down
7/10, I think IGN knows anything about black ops
This game definitely should get a solid 8/10 cause after a really long time we got such a thrilling COD campaign.
After beating the campaign, the title cover makes sense
It wasn't a bad game at all but after the part where you find out you've been lied too it gets very anticlimactic and feels rushed.
@@WhoopAssStew_ facts
There's a whole video dedicated to hints of what happened to Bell and how everyone treats him
Bro I played the campaign and it’s actually lit
I’d give it a 9 out of 10 for the plot twists and multiple choice endings
this actually sounds really cool, I am defenitly interested in playing it now
2:06 top 5 moments caught on camera before disaster
Should be 9 - 10 i love this campaign especially with the snipers where it slows down when holding ur breath so dope
COD single players are the best. Long, lots of action , suspense, replay-ability, interesting stories ,and best zombie
Campaign ain’t working for me on ps4. The controller keeps turning off on me when i do mission “Fracture Jaw”such frustrating.
Happening in multiplayer too
IGN: gives campaign 7/10
Me: something’s not right
Man, you guys put Doom (2016) in the same league as Cold War. Wtf?
Bro the game was a solid 10/10 for me. Loved the new cast, loved the vibe, flowed well for a short campaign. Had some really cool references to BO1, especially that snow base mission. And that last mission was a pretty interesting way to tie it all together
Dude, this is the best CoD campaign in a decade (since the first BO) and im not joking
Speaking of Raven, anyone old enough to remember Soldier of Fortune 2? It was clearly rushed but still pretty descent.
Loved those games man! Bout time Raven got some respect it deserves now too. Would love to see them let loose on their own stuff again
I have a lot higher hopes for this game now. The original plane mission that was teased had me worried it would be an unrelenting explosion fest with absolutely no pacing, but the undercover missions sound fun.
Just review the whole game in one video tf
multiplayer servers dont go online until 4-7 days before release. That isn't enough time to properly review a multiplayer mode.
It's not that simple
Can you guys Review the Zombies Gamemode too
Almost the entire review was positive... 7/10. Am I missing something?
Yup, the entire concept of how reviews work
In what world is 7/10 not a positive score?
