    Great Videos! Love how you break it down into easy to follow steps.
    Can you consider a video on tips keeping kids engaged during practice? I coach 10-12 yr olds and they tend to "drift" if you know what I mean.

    Never heard about the eye focus exercise looking at your bat and foul pole.I always thought they were either looking for cracks on their bat or just zoning out.Very cool thanks ! This should be very helpful for my daughter playing Fastpitch!

    So you know how you made a dumbbell workout for throwing harder
    And a healthier arm, can you make one for hitting like a workout on biceps and triceps. Or maybe you can tell me some good workouts. Thanks!

    I need help I am a 3rd basemen but I can’t make the throw to his chest how can I throw further harder and faster

    • @theoriginalstud8641
      @theoriginalstud8641 5 лет назад

      I’m a high school player and personally I recommend doing arm strengthening drills for example long toss. That will not only help you throw further but also build arm strength thus resulting in throwing harder. Be sure to rest your arm and do not over do it. Also work on throwing 90 ft, it’s very important that you need to be able to make a 90ft throw as you’ll be throwing that distance most of the time during a game because you’re a third baseman throwing accords the diamond. Once again it’s a process, just keep working hard bro. Take care. 💯🤙🏼

      arm above the shoulder a little bit. none throwing shoulder towards 1st base. follow your throw all the way through. snap elbow and flick wrist. if you have to do a shuffle or two towards 1st base
