We had the pleasure to Welcome Antonella Nonino from the GRAPPA NONINO family in Hamburg to create this little video: BE BRAVE MIX GRAPPA .
Our Idea was to inspire people and try to mix Grappa in Cocktails. The results are outstanding. Grappa is for many people still "just" a after dinner drink. But the family Nonino has given this categories since generations so many chances that it is time to understand what Grappa and UE is today and start using it also in Drinks and Cocktails.

Wow! I'm impressed such a complete fun, and detailed take on a very usual licquor has this little amount of views. This was very fun and informative to watch. Thank you for putting that up on RUclips, seriously.
I was gifted with a Grappa di Moscato bottle (by Luigi Francoli distillery in Italy) from a close friend and I had no idea what to do with it that day. It was the 1st time I even heard about grappa. (: It's been kept in my bar cart for almost 3yrs while I tried to practice cocktails at home more and more, hoping that something would come to mind. I always thought a mojito would work, but was still afraid to waste the special licquor to try. Now I know that it works! Thank you! Also, that espresso martini looks incredible. This bar must be awesome to visit. Cheers to all of you all the way from California.
