Aunt Rescues Her 7-Year-Old Niece From Alleged Kidnapper

- Cops say a kidnapper grabbed a 7-year-old off her bike and carried her to his car. The girl's aunt immediately went into "warrior mode." She raced after the suspect, dove through the driver's window of his car and wrestled with him as he tried to drive away with the youngster. A good Samaritan saw the abduction and pulled in front of the car, blocking the accused kidnapper's getaway. He then hauled the alleged kidnapper out of the car until cops got there.
That guy should be in jail for life. Stop letting repeated offenders out
Thats how police stations, courts and lawyers and prisons make more tax dollars annually. By releasing potential repeat offenders.

The reason why they say "alleged(ly)" all the time is because they could get sued for some odd reason, which is dumb.
Just a legal thing. He's innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If they say he did it before he's convicted of it, IE opens themselves up to lawsuits.
We might hate this because it protects the guilty, but remember, it's really there to protect the innocent.
