The delivery took literally a couple of hours. I never thought that exercises can do such a big difference. This was my third birth. THANK YOU! Did it again and it's awesome! Just a quick question. How is the posterior tilt incorporated into some of the all fours exercises like the rainbow legs, donkey kick, etc? I tried to incorporate it to engage my core better since I have DR, but then it made the actual exercise not feel correct. Thank you!
Love this and the new moves you’re introducing! Definitely a challenge. I’m wondering what’s a good expectation to get my core tight again doing only 20 minutes a day?
It all depends on where you are starting from and how far out postpartum you are (if you start after clearance it will be easier than if you wait a year) but I would hope that each week you start to see more and more results. It may be slight the first could weeks, but by 3-4 weeks you can start feeling stronger/tighter and seeing some toning. If you aren’t getting the results then I would recommend a pelvic floor Physio to see if something else is going on and to evaluate the effectiveness of your movements 💞
Yay! Definitely enough to see results! Especially if you really bring intensity 💦 of course with longer you can get even more results, but it’s about finding what is reasonable and sustainable in your life (at this time) 💞

Just finished the workout while baby did her AM nap. Sweaty, feeling good 🥳
The baby hasn’t been sleeping so at her nap time today I went outside in the humidity and did this and it was that much more amazing. Thank you 🙏🏼
