snow skin mooncakes (50g each)

Snow Skin dough:
25g ............rice flour
25g........... glutinous rice flour
12g............wheat starch
12g.............sugar
92g..............milk
13g.............sweetened condensed milk
12g.............cooking oil
Oreo Filling:
4oz............cream cheese (softened)
3 pieces....Oreo cookies
1 tsp.........sweetened condensed milk
Strawberry filling:
4 oz...........cream cheese
2 tbsp.......strawberry jam
8 pieces....vanilla wafers
Coating:
3 tbsp........cooked glutinous rice
Food coloring:
4 tsp..........homemade beet juice
1 drop........red food coloring
1 tsp..........black sesame seed powder
Each mooncake contains:
25 g of filling
25 g of snow skin dough

Great use of beetroot, because of that you only needed 1 drop of food coloring for the skin but the filling has the prefect pink! Black sesame with Oreo cookies...YUM! Very unique mooncake flavors. Looks Yummy! 🤤👍

我無試過用生粉 (potato starch) 代替啊. 😅🤔兩者都有點相似...生粉會韌度高d. 如果你試過好就話我哋知啦😉
Can I substitute wheat starch with corn flour?
Substitute with cornstarch or potato starch should be ok. Not corn meal tho. Thanks for watching😊
