It’s almost impossible to hold judges and prosecutors accountable for their corrupt, unethical and illegal actions.
Many people have no clue how the system really works until they or a loved one are caught up in it.
Fewer than 10 federal judges and been impeached and removed from office in the entire history of the USA. Fewer than 10

many times this happens, mostly it's because girls start relating with the wrong people and they make fun of them all of the time because their dad is related to any kind of "upholding the law" force. So then girls try to show they're not like their father and start getting involved all kind of dubious business, and yup, mostly they end up dating felons. And let me tell you, once they start living like that they get used to do all kind of stuff they would never have done before, and it is extremely rare they can behave as responsible persons ever again after that, once you cross some lines there is no real turn back.

@@mtnmover7794 What triggered the events was the homeowner kicking the boyfriend out of his house. A homeowner has the right to kick out whoever they desire.
In short summary, dad kicks boyfriend out. Daughter doesn't like it and attacks dad. Boyfriend joins in. Then daughter and boyfriend retreat to a room with a KNOWN LOADED FIREARM so father has his firearm at the ready (does not fire) in case Mr. Gun Charge Felon decides to grab and use the gun. This is the situation police walk into. Police get it wrong and arrest wrong person. Attorney sorts it out.

I've learned a simple lesson from this story. Do not confront a felon or any lowlife, they have nothing to lose. John was in the right, but a felon does not care about right and wrong. If you're not in imminent danger take a minute and think things through before reacting. It sounds like this was not the first lowlife his daughter has dated. I still can't believe he did not know how she would react to having her boyfriend kicked out of the house. Owning a firearm is a lot of responsibility that requires continuous training and these videos help. Thanks.

I had to deal with something similar to this when I was 19 and without fail the prosecution called me "a random knife attacker" for random guys popped out of a car and surrounded me as I was walking down the sidewalk and simply pulling the knife got them to back off, unfortunately the cops were the only people that doesn't know what a robbery attempt looks like... Hard to tell...maybe...you have to answer for a lot of clearances have you ever been "arrested" so even if you aren't convicted you are flagged. If I was him I would sue the department, especially if he can't get his job back ( then I would press for more money) but I might even accept an offer of acknowledgement of false arrest and violation of rights for an undisclosed settlement and take a token number like $5-10,000 just to have it on record a court found the police department liable for false arrest.

@TimothyHarper-lh7fp If it was a Top Secret/SCI clearance, even going 100% according to *his* presentation of facts here-just him being party to this type of incident altogether is arguably proper grounds for pulling the clearance...or at least for lowering from TS down to Secret. Most people aren't eligible to hold Top Secret...it's an *extremely* high bar. And every single day, there are people not getting clearances because of past involvement in much, _much_ more inconsequential, petty incidents than this one. If the OPM tagged me in to be the Special Investigator for a day, I think I'd have to revoke the clearance, if I'm being absolutely honest ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
[If it's a Secret clearance (or lower), then little to none of what I've said here still applies]
