Hard to tell...maybe...you have to answer for a lot of clearances have you ever been "arrested" so even if you aren't convicted you are flagged. If I was him I would sue the department, especially if he can't get his job back ( then I would press for more money) but I might even accept an offer of acknowledgement of false arrest and violation of rights for an undisclosed settlement and take a token number like $5-10,000 just to have it on record a court found the police department liable for false arrest.
@TimothyHarper-lh7fp If it was a Top Secret/SCI clearance, even going 100% according to *his* presentation of facts here-just him being party to this type of incident altogether is arguably proper grounds for pulling the clearance...or at least for lowering from TS down to Secret. What exactly started the confrontation? The story jumps start to shoving. Why?
He wanted the felon boyfriend to leave yhe house.
His daughter acted like a brat and refused to leave and physically attacked her father and acted like a psycho. Her boyfriend started throwing punches ....
She called the police and played the victim
@@ElleHomekookinactually my wife ended up calling the cops but yes my daughter did try to play victim.
@@ElleHomekookin Thank you for the clarification; really appreciate it!
I think in this situation, which sucks, it would have been a better idea to have pepper spray. Always have it ready to go, much easier to defend yourself in court. ASP is such a great channel for explaining "why" this is a good action or bad action in self defense.
Indoors? 😂 stupid idea
Who is Jessica?
Our now 29 year old daughter.
Why is a lot of people leaving USCCA?
Because if it's not cut and dry and you are actually could be in a court fight and the case isn't a slam dunk like this they leave you hanging in the wind and tell you to fend for yourself
@ well, that’s not what I signed up for, thank you for putting it in a layman’s form that an old man can understand!
Bc criminals think that they can use their services for a good attorney for their criminal defense.
so they can avoid a public defender
Thats NOT ehat this is for. Its for RESPONSIBILE GUN OWNERS.
NOT FOR GUN NUTS AND CRIMINALS.
So basically, if he had Suboxone in his system, then he wasn't drunken... 😂
I'm confused, what does that mean? Suboxone blocks opiates, not alcohol in the brain. Antabuse is the medicine that makes one sick if they ingest alcohol.
Mixing alcohol and Suboxone makes the user violent.
What's this weapon?
What rifle is that?
John McAfee Sheriff of Baghdad. Trigger jerk is a myth, it's all down to grip, posture, and presentation
Children ....
What is it he used?
What did he use to break it?
I see the same lawyer on all the videos kinda weird
Mr Olash is a very good defense attorney in this area.
Vladi dice serán otros aplausos 👏 😅😊
Amen
Did he keep his job or lose it?
I lost my job.
What state was this?
Texas
Kentucky i believe
Kentucky
Wow
Must be a Jessica thing lol 😂 i finally found a good one and married him he’s active duty Navy
What happened with the daughter and boyfriend?
When it comes to the police power corrupts
What a bunch of crap…
Would sure like to know where this occurred. I'll put it on my list of places to never visit.
He said security clearance at Ft. KNOX that is in KY
@@dominicsefcik486 But that's just where he worked. It's even close to Indiana. Both of those seem to be good states, but a bad municipality could develop anywhere I guess. A bad District Atty. can inspire bad cops too. It was shameful!
Elizabethtown KY.
This guy is full of it !
There’s always two sides to every story.
Really? How exactly am I "full of it"?
Good ole Texas😂😂😂
Not saying he deserved to be attacked or was in the wrong, but it definitely seemed like a bad time/place for him to pick the argument.
Yep. There definitely should have been some house rules before it got to this.
@@stevenmorris2293There were house rules. She ignored them.
He should be in prison.
*_SAY WHAT ! Are you serious?_* You're a fool.
@@grantpedder7719 I am not the guy that's the fool. I am not in a cult. If you knew anything at all about this guys background in business dealings, going back to the 80's you would see how shady he has always been. No banks will even work with him any more. The guy refuses to show his tax returns, and yet that does not even faze you people. Sad.
