How To Make HEALTHY Homemade PROTEIN Bar WITHOUT OVEN and SUGAR! in Less Than 3 Minutes!

  • Hey guys, welcome to my kitchen. In this video, I will be showing you how to make a Healthy Homemade PROTEIN Bar without OVEN and SUGAR.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup Almond
    1 cup Cashewnuts
    1 cup roasted peanuts
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 Flax seeds
    1 cup dry cranberries
    175 - 200g Honey ( Adjust it to your taste )
    RECIPE:
    - Begin by frying your almond and Cashewnuts for about 3mins ( if they are raw)
    - Put in a big bowl and allow to cool down
    - Add your roasted peanuts
    - Then fry sunflower / Flaxseeds for 1 minute and add into bowl
    - Mix all ingredients
    - Then add cranberries
    - Go ahead and add honey
    - Mix well until all ingredients are mixed together
    - Spread mixture in a bowl, make sure to line the onder with baking paper.
    - Ensure mixture covers all ends of your bowl. You can use a spatula.
    - Use the baking paper and cover the top
    - Keep in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour( depending on how hard you want it)
    - Remove from the refrigerator and cut in desirable sizes.
