I'm with you Ian, I watch to see the farm progress and the woes that interfere in that, why I'm here against other farmers that did watch but now don't, as they appeared to be becoming more and more commercialised. It's good for them but not what I want to watch. Many need to do it in order to keep farming alive and I appreciate their need to do it because of our useless parliamentary support.
@@FarmerP, yes, don’t get dragged into that - that would put me off viewing unless it is kept discrete (e.g. mentioning something is now available in passing whilst driving the skidsteer is not an issue, but breaking up the flow of the story with show & tell adverts for the latest merchandise would turn me off).
You could probably get a proper sign made up for the same price of a number plate. Company I've used a few times is called 'Sign Right' from Fromes Hill, they've got a cracking website that lets you design it yourself and see the costs up front. Might be an option to get one big sign made with all the sponsors names on it.

Number plates would be a neat idea. Have a wall of helpers or somethin. Or maybe a plaque you could keep adding names to? As to you being “monetized”, just remind everyone if you were not being farmer P on a daily, there would be nothing to monetize. And, I am quite sure that there are probably several, myself included, regular viewers that would be happy and able to help with many things related to social media, videos and editing and the like. And wouldn’t be like the vultures who see you as a cash cow. Do it for the benefit of your viewers and ourselves. :)
My brother used to buy number plate stickers, letters and numbers to make up trailer plates as the tow vehicles were always changing. He supplied film companies with stunt cars, classic and pretty cars to dot about film sets. Oh yes and look after a few Bond cars.
