    This was probably my favorite golf video I've seen. Watching one of your favorite pros walk you through his mindset over 9 holes in an interesting way while confidently hitting some mind numbing shots. No fluff just one good part after another. Video editor was on fire too using the jump cuts to cut out wasted seconds and keep a great pace. Went the extra mile. Didn't use any shitty music, it didn't need it. Well done

  • @gripitripitchipit
    @gripitripitchipit 2 года назад +6

    Amazing to me how accurate you are with your driver when hitting it as hard and far as you are. It's one thing to hit like that on a long drive grid where you are just wanting to get at least one in bounds but doing it on a fairway to find and hit the next shot is next level. Really enjoy hearing how you work through the shots too. Considering the wrist injury you have been recovering from a 5 under 9 holes is not bad. Do that again on the back nine and it's a 10 under round. I think you would definitely take that every time. Glad the wrist must be healing for you to be able to go at it like that with the driver. After working as a hand therapist for 25 years I know how much that injury can hurt. Keep it up and good luck.

    Bryson the confidence and shear dominance/ positivity your showing on the course here is just like watching the 58 at The Greenbrier on the past Weekend. A pro golfer showing the fans his mindset as he plays 9 holes? Bryson is changing the game! The tee shots on the 6th hole at the Arnold Palmer Invitational 2021 moved him into legendary status. No one had ever attempted to hit across the lake at the par 5 6th hole and Bryson did it in the 3rd and 4th rounds and he won the tournament. The sarcastic comment by Lee Westwood was hilarious...when asked about Bryson's tee shots, Lee said that maybe next time he won't chicken out and aim for the green instead.

    You're a big strapping lad. Most of my golfing heroes were little guys; Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Chi Chi, Ben Crenshaw. But I like your style. You brought a new exciting aspect that pro golf needed. Good luck on the LIV. I've been saying for years that there was more talent than one tour could handle; even posted it on Twitter many years ago. I watched Ryder cups and thought, why not have a tour like that? Well, here it is, and off to a great start. Wishing you many successful years out there.

    I agree your game is trending, top 10 in Portland, the Driver is solid with that soft draw, the putter speed is great, you're rolling it consistently on your intended line. Just a couple better wedge shots and you're there on the back nine on Sunday @ the Open. Can't wait to see you hopefully in the final group. A draw is great on that course to keep you out of the bunkers.
