Hey man, I know you have no idea who I am and my history with basketball so I have no hard feeling if you take everything I say with a grain of salt, but when working on vertical explosiveness, work on raising both arms on every jump. Stretching one arm will cause bias in the training and can lead to some health issues with exerting your "strong side" of muscles and tendons. The other big thing to consider is, every other training with weights like weighted calf raises, do very short sets with a LOT of weight. The break up of lots of weight and normal weight for the standard reps will keep your short twitch muscles in a state of non settling and will expedite the strengthen process (BUT DO NOT OVER DO IT ESPECIALLY IF YOU FEEL YOUR MUSCELS ON THE EDGE OF STRAINED). Do that for about a month of time and then raise the baseline until you see your vertical plateau, then keep at that weight and repetition to maintain the vertical. In my prime for college ball I had a 42" vert and I'm 6'7". I've hit the age where now I'm at a solid 32" vert on a good day but I help a lot of high school 5 star prospects and college stars train on coordination and skills and vertical exercises is a standard in every training session. You have a ton of potential, from watching your body language in its current state, you will for sure be able to throw down if you keep up the training. Great work!

Thanks for your comment! I'll implement heavier weight on my weight exercises for sure! I appreciate your encouragement! I'm staying at it, we are on the GRIND!!!
