I'm not sure if it's all lefties, but Par Garell's movement looks weird to me. The way he puts torso/neck into the serve, the way he sort of jumps on some of his forehands, and just general body movements.
The way he stops his swing seems very awkward and straining for the shoulder blade .I don't think his serve is really weird though.A player who kinda swings his neck into the serve is Boll.It's a very bad habit indeed.It messes up with the ball contact accuracy cause it moves the shoulder. Although Gerell uses the hook forehand a lot he doesn't seem to have the wrist whip mechanics of Waldner/Persson who had huge acceleration on their forehand.
Devon Amo yeah, since nobody can be at peak for all time. But Chinese table tennis is much more high leveled than European one and Ma Long and Fan Zhendong are more likely to be destroyed by their compatriots, not by European players
Next time you make a video, forget the stupid music track. It's far too loud, and above all, irrelevant. I can barely hear the ball hitting the table. You'll get far more subscribers if you just post the video, without trying to produce a Hollywood epic. Leave that to Hollywood.

Everyone one of his serves was illegal. He obstructs the ball with his shoulder.
I think he obstructs his (already very good) serve all the time. at the pro level, referees are just more lenient than in junior tournaments.
