Guys, can you confirm that the mode settings will reset to mode 1: 25kmph EPAC when the bike is turned off and on? I remember reading something about this on the website but that was regarding the unlimited mode. Would be sweet if this function is also baked in to work on all the other modes.

Are these actually legal in the UK? I know they are restricted to 250w but doesn't UK law state if the motor is above 250w (regardless of being restricted) then they don't class as EPAC? Genuinely interested as would love to get one for commuting! :D

in the video the bike you are riding has multiple gearing, but if we would buy one it would only have one gear right? cause that is how it is shown on the pictures on the EU store page, this has always been very vague, is it an optional thing? and if so how do you get it? there is no option for this on the website.

It says the motor is “limited to 250W” i assume that is for mode 1. If you were to use mode 2, 3 or 4 if you have a throttle it will unlock the full potential without you having to do anything else?

Honestly i couldn't care less for the looks of this bike. The original stood out harking back to bikes of the 1970's which was their USP. This bike is just another ebike. The Radrunner looks so much cooler. Sorry....
guys, WTF is the story with your customer support????? I have had an issue with my battery since September to a point now that it doesn't' charge. I arranged a return with one of your agents who has been uncontactable by email since last week. I received a box to send back the battery but I never received a return label. The return was arranged for yesterday between 11:00 and 13:00 but no one turned up!! WARNING to anyone interested in buying a not so super73 be aware that if you have a problem with it you are on your own!!
