When you said to use a wet lube for rainy conditions and and dry one for dry conditions is it alright to apply both or is there something that can help for both and also what kind of lube do y’all use for the bike
This definitly helps! Is it better to take the battery of the bike for cleaning ? How shall the controller under the seat be protected ? Thanks!
Taking the battery off is not necessary, however if you do decide to remove the battery during cleaning we recommend you cover the mount with a plastic bag to stop water from coming into contact with the connector pins.🙌

Yeah thanks for this this. Buts it’s a bit late. I got squeaking from my Torque sensors since I got caught out in the rain and no one at super 73 has told me this at all after a number of convocations. I Spent money on tools to try fix it to which I can’t even do myself. Damaged the bike. And now will have to pay for someone to service it. Some how. Somewhere.

Can you do something on how to align the callipers and also how to tell the pads are ok. For example being worn or contaminated?
When I got my SUPER73 I needed to align them myself and it wasn’t easy. I don’t know what I’m checking for regarding brake pads.
Hey! There are two methods to check if your brake pads are worn out, first you can look at the rotor (disc) itself and check for any scratches or damage. You can also check by taking a flashlight and looking at the brake pad in between the callipers, you want to check if there is still a layer of brake pad if not you will just see metal which means you need to replace them. how often should you do maintenance on these bikes? i want to get one, but new to the whole e bike scene
It really depends on how much you use your bike. But a good rule of thumb is to clean your bike once a week and do a maintenance check once a month to make sure everything is running smooth :)⚡

yeah, is best to, just use a small clear bag and and a hair tie.

Hey! Charging the battery is super easy, just follow these steps. First plug the charger into the wall, second plug the charging cord into the slot in the battery, and finally turn your battery on. I'm confused, I thought waterless wash doesn't need rinsing, yet in the video you do exactly that. Does it mean I can use a regular muc-off wash on my bike?
Also what kind of spray bottle do you use for rinsing? ))
Correct, waterless wash does not require you to rinse it off. In the video a mix of Muc-Off fast action bike cleaner ( muc-off.com/collections/bicycle-cleaning/products/nano-tech-bike-cleaner ) and water is used initially, then water is used to rinse it off. The spray bottle used is Dr. Wack - F100 Drucksprüher 925 ml.

What is the type of sprayer you're using for the cleaner?

Washing the bike like that won't void the warranty?
Washing the bike this way won't void your warranty. As mentioned in the video never use a pressure washer as this can damage the bike and end up voiding the warranty. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the warranty of your bike feel free to contact customer care, they will be able to answer any question you may have.
