- We are happy to give you a first listen of our upcoming soundtrack for Pavonis Interactive's grand strategy game TERRA INVICTA. This piece incorporates a lot of the elements we are going to draw from as it builds tension with synths, electronic beats, percussion and a (prepared) piano to then resolve into an orchestral motif foreshadowing the players' endeavours in space as they struggle to prepare earth for an imminent alien invasion.

About the game:
An extraterrestrial probe is detected approaching present-day Earth. Unknown to humanity, an alien force has arrived in the far reaches of the icy Kuiper Belt and has begun mining a dwarf planet to prepare for an invasion. Its first ships carry infiltrators who will subvert Earth’s governments to prevent them from mounting a joint defense against the impending attack.
With Earth’s nations unable to unite to address the alien arrival, transnational groups of like-minded political, military and scientific leaders develop covert channels to coordinate a response. With the aliens' motives uncertain, factions emerge, driven by hope, fear or greed.
You will control one of these factions.

I agree. After having played the Academy's story, it feels exactly like their theme (IMO they have the best story with the Initiative being next).

It reflects fear, wonder, greed and hate altogether... The underlying tones are universal, can't think of a better track than this for such a game.

When's the rest of the OST releasing? A lot of the songs are really catchy and I'd like them while I work on assignments.
We'll publish the OST on Steam once all the tracks are in the game. Will happen over the course of the early access period. Glad you are enjoying the music so far!

I was really wishing for this to be in the actual gameplay and not just the main menu, or things with a similar feeling to this
I was hyped for Terra Invicta, now i know that the music at the very least will not disappoint me
This is why I backed at the tier with the soundtrack and art book.
I really wish you could upload the rest of the soundtrack, or even implement an in-game music browser tab like some of the paradox games do. There was this one song that I enjoyed greatly that plays during the campaign stage early in the game but I could not find it on the internet, hell, I couldn't even find it's name
