Ravin was my 1st crossbow. I have learned that it does have issues and the Ravin Team is not the best to deal with. Plus, The Ravin Press is a GIANT POS.
The timing dots that you all put on the cams need a major upgrade. They need to be filled with BRIGHT paint or something done to them so they stand out and are easily seen at a glance. Every set of timing dots on every single Ravin crossbow I looked at at my local Cabelas was something to be desired, they were barely visible.

And 400 grain arrows for the 340# draw weight at 500 fps speeds are WAY TOO LIGHT

Thats a DIY. I dabbed mine with some high visability paint. Works perfectly.
