This is actually a good aim tutorial. Not like the copy and paste where ppl say just "practice ur aim" no shit Sherlock how do I practice? Here this is perfect
i love the tracking part in this video. slowing down for 3 seconds to track and get the headshot. huge improvement as most of us miss a few and then go to spraying. im speaking for myself lol. ty ty
I watched this the day it uploaded, I was 11.4k elo. I am doing this routine 5 times a week before I play premier. today I am 15.4k elo. thank u HaiX and I am thanking myself for the work!
You know what, i was litterally searching for a new aim routine earlier today, thanks! Couldnt have had any better timing. Ill check it out and if i like it ill follow it :)
I know its only been 2 days but the first routine has already helped me more than anything else ive seen on youtube. Taking the other video of yours about crosshair placement from like 2 years ago was also extremely beneficial for me. (For reference 7579 elo. CSGO: MG) Im still dogshit at positioning and the game overall :)
Ok so i practiced exactly like you've shown in the video for 4 days in a row, i played some deathmatch also but only twice, after every session i played 30 minutes of DM. I must say i've improved. My aim feels more crispy, even my AWP skill increased, even tho i didnt practice with it. I hold angles way better, i can transfer my crosshair imidiately on another target with ease now. I can definetly recomend this guide, and i will show it to my BOT friends. I've tried a lot of aim routines, but this one works wonders. As you said in the video "The key is consistency", and thats exactly what i was lacking before. Thanks HaiX
you are gonna hate me for saying that but I have over 500 hours in val, a lot of practice and i practiced operator (valorants awp) few times. your awp skills will increase if you practice more aim, even with AK. also one tip, with AWP try not to flick but just stare into a corner where they might peak and shoot
I just play the workshop maps as I've gotten older, and one thing I've noticed (about shot registration in CS2) is ADAD strafing, stairs, uneven terrain seems to DRASTICALLY INCREASE the chances of shots not registering. I literally WATCH THE BULLETS hit the BOTS in the head, sometimes 2-3 times in a ROW, and it will not register. However, when I'm standing still, and the BOT is eye-level with me, the headshots virtually always register. EDIT: If you're serious about improving, you probably wanna practice flicks for 5 mins a day too, no?
You definitely need to check out Minigodcs' RAMP warm up. It's labelled for valorant but a lot of the aiming is the same aside for movement. He has Kovaak's and Aimlabs versions and they rock
@@m1911bricksaim trainers are useful but in game mechanics are best practiced in game like aim training in kovaak is good and training mechanics in workshop maps and deathmatch cause aim trainers are more efficient for mouse control but you will miss out on movement, gun hygiene and crosshair placement
Thank you so much for this video. I was previously unaware of how important it is to sync aim with movement and just tapped bots. This really helped make my peeking and movement much cleaner.
I have been using Kovaak's for almost a month now as a warmup and after that - some dm. The results are mixed, but there's slight improvement. Aim trainers do not actually train your aim. They just improve your mouse control. My biggest weakness in CS is tracking. So I started doing a tracking routine in Kovaak's and I have to say there are good results when translated in-game. So when you use aim trainer you have to have a mission. Because shooting dots and dummies for a whole day won't do anything but waste your time.
I personally use csstats map and enable shuffle mode. With that way, i practice to kill strafing bots. It's a decent experience i had while warming up or in just my practice session.
Hey so i did your aim routine before a match, it helped me a lot, just after the first time doing this routine i see insane results, thanks for making it
In some periods I have been practicing more consistant than now. I had 2-3 scenarios in aimlab just for tracking, flicking, mouse control - raw aim. Then I have been playing 3-4 DMs with my team, which arrived in meantime and only then we started playing. The progress was easily noticible. Honestly I am not sure if people are looking for some secret method to improve aim. They are just lazy and ready scenarios in kovaacs or aimlab are just easier to execute than practise maps, etc. If there was a map with ready scenario you talk about, more people would practice. What's more, current state of CS2 is such a mess, I don't want to commit that much. There are still many changes on the way, so practicing doesn't promise improvement right now. Maybe in few months it will be more obvious.
Thank you haix for this educational content, I would like to see more videos like this inu the future, explaining how actually to default, fake site or lurk since you had a team of ur own would be fun to see
4:11 i was watching you do this exercise and i was already getting uncomfortable knowing that if i want to get better i gotta do this and my hand will hurt
If you can do 15-30 min aim training early in the mornings the Brain really grows from that. Usually I do 15 min and then 10 min on cs then go about my day at work then repeat.
i know that this is an old video but are you playing kovaaks stretched too? cause i dont know if it messes up the vertical resolution cause i cant tell
Fr working by doing this 1-2 times a day. Kills go from avg 16 to avg 22 and hs from 40-50% to 60-90%. Also got finally back to 15k and i am always the best deagle in server. Thanks alot
Simply said ...it works doing it for a week and raised leetify aim value by 4 points. Head acc raised from 15 to 18 % average. Special training for special purposes does the trick. Thx

After you watched the video you started to practice aiming in this way you got some confidence boost so go to kick ass on a premier...but after 5 round you realized that players can shoot back and there is another thing there it is called "TIMING" ....and the extra bonus can be a guy who has 44 hr total in this game he has 14k on premier with 100% win rate and he telling you that he bought that account and cuz of the vga driver update he doesnt have walls..

Yesterday I got 80% HS in dm the mm after i got 10% and was bottomfragging. I feel im weaker in mm but I dont know why. Im warming up before mm but it doesent make me more consistent..
5:40 osu mentioned, haix when road to 5 digit ? nah but fr thx for tutorial i'll try things you said and maybe get finally good, cuz when i was okay at csgo im complete dogshit at cs2 (at 1200hrs i play like 70 year old grandpa who barely can move mouse) because after lost match i'm not feeling like testosterone loaded man thinking (i could do better) but i end up sad like pussio thinking (why im so bad)
ok map 2 for 100 kills, how many do I have to kill again in exercise 1 with side stepping while aiming 3 seconds and than wd + as moving diagonal killing?
Isn't this a bit too much just for getting warmed up? Like isn't it better to hop on deathmatch/any workshop map and play around for 5-10 minutes and then play?
That's not what i meant, u are legit wasting time for warmuping 30 minutes cuz it's not gonna help you at all, it's better to do this routine after you finish to play for the respective day, like it should be an aim training and not a warmup
i dont see the objectif behind exercise 2, i dont peek with w and a or d cause it's make you easier to shoot, the tracking on your head when you run wa or wd is easier for enemie, always peek only a or d then counterstraffing to max your chance of get the kill before getting killed
i trained kovaaks for too much and i have to focus on my counter strafing again. i think the fastest way would be to identify your weaknesses and focus on them. watch your demos and find out why you die.
