The 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 GXR is claimed to be an all-new model. The full-size SUV utilises the latest TNGA platform, although the wheelbase mysteriously remains the same.
The new Land Cruiser sheds 200 kg from the previous model, which ran for 14 years with numerous facelifts. The interior has been completely revamped as well, although the design remains unremarkable.
The screen can be as big as 12.3-inches in the higher trims, while a 9.0-inch screen is offered as standard. The 2022 Land Cruiser is packed with modern features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, heads-up display, 360-degree camera, powered tailgate, and even a fingerprint authentication system for some reason in high specification options like VXR.
The third row of seats can now be folded down into the floor. For the Middle East market, the 4.0-litre V6 carries on, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Gone is the V8, now replaced with a 3.5-litre V6 turbocharged motor, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
It goes without saying, four-wheel drive is offered as standard, complete with three differential locks. The approach and departure angles measure 32 degrees and 26.5 degrees, respectively. It gets a ground clearance of 230 mm. Toyota has also added an Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) to the LC300, along with an upgraded Electronically Controlled Kinetic Dynamic Suspension Stabilisation (E-KDSS) system.

I like this new version, but still think the LC100 was much, much more classy in appearance. You buy this car, you take care of all the fluids regularly and you never need another car.

una maravilla de hecho, iría con el nuevo, pero hay algunas cosas que desearía que se hubiera llevado del anterior. Características como el portón trasero dividido y un poco más de espacio en la segunda fila

Why does it doesn't come with fingerprint start stop engine?
Before the reveal, it was expected to have that feature.. However, the top version in MENA region doesn't have that feature: but it's expected to be there in all Euro versions.

@@CarK1992 so the gxr doesnt have crawl control at all or it's having a different crawl control system that bellow the vxr's crawl control system

Driving in one hand is okay but not all the time. If you need to adjust a control such as the air conditioner or windshield wipers or to pick up something. Having one hand on the wheel is fine. However, you shouldn’t get in the habit of driving with one hand all the time. Driving with one hand doesn’t give you full control over steering and it could hurt you very badly in certain circumstances.
I reallly appreciate you wrote such a long yet important instruction.. For videos i do drive with one hand, but in real life i use both the hands :)
