Great video! I find padel a 'fast 3D game' that often spins my head. This clear and simple guidance helps me to keep focussed and lower my fault-%. Many thanks!
People understand but they don’t trust it many times to our experience. The ego wants to play fast padel and suprise your opponents with low shots and angles. But playing the right way is boring 😁
If the opponents are at the net do you ever consider playing at their upper backhand? I usually play a lob, then my second choice Is to play strong against the body and the third that i quite never play cause i find it more difficult Is High to backhand. What do you think about this? Thanks for all your videos!!
What you described above is a style. There is no right or wrong but my advice is to not let the opponents volley unless you couldnt play a lob / decided to put the ball on their feet making sure that the gap in front of them is big enough … playing high to the backhand is a very effective shot; However, better players are able to place that shot to the fence and many times the bounce might be very irregular.

Simple tactical approaches and most of the time successful if focus on accuracy.😊👏🎾
