Cumbrian Harvest 2023. Combining winter wheat with a New Holland TC5060.

- Harvesting a 30-acre crop of winter wheat with a very smart New Holland TC5060 combine harvester with the MF 7614 on trailer duties. As has often been the case this summer it was very cloudy but the crop was gathered in safely.

Another very pleasant video David which reminds me how much I loved farming. The NH TC5060 was in a very tidy condition and I must say that most of the equipment you show on your channel would appear to be well looked after. It is something that I could never understand, is farmers who don't look after their equipment or keep tidy farms!
I completely agree with you there Fraser especially with the cost of machinery these days! There are a lot of farmers that do though, I’ve been to many a farm where both the machines and farmyard are absolutely spotless and it’s always a pleasure to see. A little bit of effort goes a long way! Thanks again Fraser, I’m exactly like you in loving farming even though my occupation isn’t in agriculture. However I’m off on a tractor road run this weekend so I’m sure I’ll find time to film the days entrants when I’ve parked the lovely MF 390 that I’m taking out for the day! Cheers, David.

@@davidwinthrop7077 we used to have newholland clayson back in the 70s when I was a kid, remember dad driving it in clouds of dust with no cab on it.The good old days! :-)
