Really excited to try this workout in my next marathon training block. Des is the 🐐 and it was great seeing her crush this workout! Really insightful on how she approaches the workout mentally as well.
I've been adding this type of session in to my current marathon plan for the first time. I've definitely found my long runs harder but its great to hear that the pros struggle with this type of workout too. Makes me feel a whole lot better about my last LR effort that really hit me both mentally and physically. Onward we go.

Des Linden is just so inspiring. She "fell asleep" running a 5:35 mile after running 19 miles, lol. I'm gonna try this workout, but at a much, much slower pace :D
