Wow! Super organized and super impressive.
Thanks! I wish I could say my wood shop was as organized...haha
Excellent sir
SairaSaad _the_nikon_girl Bon Appétit by SairaSaad thanks!
I bought a cheap and not professional one, it makes lots of bubbles
Super! Hope to see a glazing video from you chef!
Definitely!
dear Chef, can the blender use for the chocolate glaze? Thank you.
Do you mean the hand blender that I use? The hand blender can be used for glaze as well
What about your oven?
Chef Scott. Where did you get the paper towel dispenser from?
Isn't it awesome?? Bed Bath and Beyond
devil's food kitchen I did a deep dive on Bed Bath and Beyond and couldn’t find the same paper towel dispenser as you. Any suggestions where I can get it?
@@philipngan8764 Damn, maybe they stopped selling it or maybe it was only available in store? Not sure where else it may be available but I'll keep an eye out and see if I can find it
@@devilsfoodkitchen no worries. Btw, made your eclairs and macarons and they were absolutely fantastic. Been baking for more than 10 years and I've been putting off making macarons for many years...looked too intimidating, but your video really demystified everything and showed there's nothing too difficult once you understand the food science. Great work. Would love to see more newer videos, but understand you're in a hiatus.
@@philipngan8764 thanks so much! Thrilled to hear you tackled the macaron. More videos are definitely in the cards for the future
Hey Scott, where did you get the plastic casting bars? Are they hardware-store items just cut to size?
I got them from an online store called McMaster-Carr: www.mcmaster.com/standard-plastic-sheets
I picked the width and thickness I wanted and then purchased strips I cut to length!
