LOVE THIS! Thanks for sharing! I was wanting to relive this show today as I'm sitting at my desk in cold Wisconsin. Still can't believe I was even there in the first place. The fans in Amsterdam were some of the most genuine and appreciative fans I've ever had the pleasure of sharing music with.
Thanks for posting. As was said below, the sound is not perfect but I enjoyed the hell out of it. He is amazing. Going to see him for 5th time in July in the last year.
fuck he's really pulled himself into good shape. even back on the cover of South Eastern when he was a bit of a chubber i thought he looked alright,, but now, as one of the straighter guys I know, I can honestly say he's a really fucking good looking bloke. Props to him. His showmanship is worthy of commendation as well. You can tell he has a lot of respect for those looking up at him.
The tracks author has made about half a dozen errors recording this bad boy because it does sound very ordinary. Notwithstanding, I'm seeing this hombre tomorrow night at the Enmore (Sydney) and I'm looking forward to it big time. Isbell is simply an outstanding writer/performer.
+peter stoddart Yeah, when the band kicks in the sound gets bad. Don t know how to fix it on the camera unfortunately. It works best if they play semi-acoustic.
+peter stoddart Yeah, when the kit kicks in, it gets a little rough. Just sounds like the sound guys could have used a little more compression. Otherwise, I think it's well shot, and everything besides drums sounds pretty good.
+JammanTV No full show, I know, but this helps people noticing these clips hehe....:-) I use a Nikon Coolpix S9900 with great zoom. I stood against the first pillar on the right side at Paradiso, a great spot for this.
+rialto1961 Its very good, Ive got a Canon G12 but its limited to 720p and doesnt look half as good as this. I was standing against the pillar next to the stage so not far from you!
Dear Lord this guy is fabulous :) Just couldn't love his music any more than I do
