Bro thank you, I have similar wheel and tire specs and I keep rubbing on my rear left and not my right side. Didn’t know it was that hump.

Can you buy new rims without buying new wheels ? Or is it a must ?! I'm guessing it only depends on the new rims being for the same size tire as the stick right ?!

I think it's too much wheel and too much tire. either a 18x8 or 18x8.5 w/a 225 tire (8" wheel) or a 235 tire on either 8 or 8.5. I believe the 255 tire is too much for the car. plus you're too low on the coils and you're not letting the suspension do its job.

The original rim is 17*7.5. Looks better than original.

any tips on installing this? was there any challenging part to this install by yourself?

It was pretty easy, I would say:
      1. Without the shocks, lift the wheel all the way up into the wheel well to see where it may or may not rub.
      2. Do the rear first, as it takes longer due to cutting and taking out the trunk liner
      3. Look up torque specs and just take your time.
I did it on my own and it wasn't too bad took me like 10 hours between filming and installing, though having a friend help will make the process 2x as fast.
