You made it look easy. For anyone who hasn't played this level, the ending sequence of all the masks is insanely difficult. You really need to execute everything perfectly.
I feel like this is truly the crash none of us ever wanted, this game is such a headache. I died 147 times before beating this level. Had it not been for this video I would have given up so thank you so much for posting this and you truly are a master!

Each level took me on average 60 deaths to complete first time through. Did you feel the same way I did?
I didn't have THAT many deaths, but doing these deathless runs, I spent at least an hour on every level from Run It Bayou and onward, since I was going for the N.Sanely Perfect Relics. Crash Landed took me over 8 hours to do deathless.
Nice guide. I honestly didn’t think this level was that bad. It does look very intimidating, but by this point you have a lot of practice with the different mask abilities. I was able to get the perfect relic within about 3 hours or so. I feel that No Dillo Dallying, Bears Repeating, Building Bridges, Crash Landed, and Toxic Tunnels are considerably worse (as far as getting the perfect relic). Oddly enough, I even had more trouble with Ship Happens and Shipping Error even though I feel those levels aren’t that difficult... they just had my number for whatever reason. Anyway, thanks for the help. Your guide on this and Toxic Tunnels especially helped me quite a bit.

Think I must have had multiple breakdowns with that, No Dillo Dallying, Rush Hour, Rock Blocked & Crash Landed 😅 Nitro Processing & Seeing Double perfect relics here I come 🤘🏼

I've still got the majority of levels to do inverted, flashback tapes to complete, acquire the time relics & unlock some skins for both Crash & Coco. This perfect relic wouldnt have been such a nightmare to get (or any of the other ones) if the loading screen after restarting wasnt as long as it currently is. So far i have 29/38 perfected, hopefully i manage to finish it soon 😂

At the 5:39 time mark, those two TNT boxes stuck together under the mask are NOT in my version of the game on PS4. I haven't downloaded any patches / updates, so I take it that those two TNT boxes were added after the patch / update? The rest of the game has been fine up till now. Maybe a weird glitch that those two TNT boxes stuck together are not in my game or I need to download the patch / update.
Yea I would definitely update the game. You're doing yourself a disservice, since they changed polar/shnurrgle's hitboxes, making those sections easier in their respective levels.
Yeah on the part with the hidden gem I uh got the checkpoint before getting the boxes and…..yeahhhhh that crushed me hard that I would have to restart the whole level

Almost got it funny beat cuphead years back my brother plays souls games hard as heck make him try platformers he can't hack it were old timers still love playing games thx never thought I would need help on a platformer this game is awesome ready for the next
I have completed this level 3 times now. Yet can't master the slide double jump off the tnt. Only way i can do it is by using the mask to spin. Which is tricky to manoeuvre. Any tips? As when i try and do the slide double jump crash just decides to go splat instead. Blowing himself up. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.
It's really all about taking your time. The 3 seconds on the TNT is a full 3 seconds. So if you find yourself trying to rush getting off of it, take a second to think about it. You may also want to try using R1 instead of O to slide, that could make a difference for you.
@@SweetJohnnyCage thanks mate. Figured it out and completed Cortex castle with your method. Finished it 3 times now. I find the ending i either fluke or just land thou. For some reason that bit and the bit before it when u spin down to get the final mask seems delayed when using the controller. So i often have to do it several times. I know I'm hitting the right buttons. So not sure if it's just the mechanics or a lag between the controller and game
If you can give me a timestamp of where you're feeling there's a delay in your game, that would help me understand better. That ending section is literally hold forward, grab a mask, activate it, hold forward, grab a mask, activate it, over and over. I guess with the exception of Akano, as you need to do a small double jump after activating to reach Lani Loli.
So knowing that you can stand on the tip of lasers, i managed to Go through tha lani loli parts switching only once. FYI, you can get The Aku Aku mask and the ? Box from the floor below: while upside down, jump and spin and you break the boxes from below, so now you only need to worry about the platform.

I was finally able to do it after multiple attempts! Took a lot of practice and patience, and that ending bit in my opinion was real satisfying to do.

This game definitely misses the mark on difficulty. I personally loved it, but I can see how this game appears to most players.

I think Rush Hour took me the most attempts, both inverted and regular. That last traffic section is absolutely miserable. Good luck to you!

Not sure if you're playing on PS5, but if you are, wait another few days and the PS5 patch will be out. That should reduce load times!

Don't feel inferior! Every level takes me at least an hour to complete without dying. Crash Landed took 8 hours alone.

139 deaths took me to complete this, crash 4 is too hard but at least you can die as much as you want
Surprisingly i had more trouble beating Mario Wonders last level than this one 😅 Overall though Crash 4 is WAY harder!

That's weird. I've heard box counts are different across consoles, but I played this on PS4 as well. Is your game updated?
