Cut it on the joints with a very sharp knife put it around forks and glue it again

So aligning the forks basically only consist of the buttoning up the wheel and fender first?

That's it. And eyeballing the height of the forks prior to disassembly and matching that when you put it back together

Hey thanks for the video. Would you mind sharing the model and make of your wheels, please? I love the spoke style.

They were on it when I bought it so I'm not sure. Sorry.

Can't quite hear you. I have a 2022 scout rogue sixty an can only assume it's the same fitment only difference being I don't have the upper piece for the light cover(I'll wrap in vinyl) what size fork boots did you purchase (length an inner diameter top/bottom) great informative video!

Sorry you couldn't hear. I went back and listened again and thought the audio isn't good, I didn't have any trouble hearing. Anyway...the fork gaiters I bought were the 39mm from Biker's Choice. I WOULD NOT, buy them again as they faded to a brown just from road time - this bike is stored inside.

What size Torque Wrench are you using? I just want to buy 1 not multiple ones (if possible)

that's a 3/8 drive torque that you can get at autozone.

how long did it take for it to fade? Was it exposed to the sun often?

It's seldom in the unless I'm riding it. It stays in the garage otherwise. It faded after two years to a brown color. Pretty disappointed.

I'm sure I looked them up in a factory manual, but I don't recall the exact site.
