- I’ve had chronic pain for 19 years and only in the last year have I gotten enough momentum to try something like this. But because I’ve seen such progress, I was really curious to see what effects I’d see if I walked every day. I started at 15 minutes and went up to 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the results!
I have a longer video discussing the reasons why walking can be helpful, especially for people with chronic pain of varying types, as well as a more in-depth look at how my experience evolved over the month, my practices, and the overall results!

Thank you! I actually just got back from a walk! Took a few days off because I have family over, and I feel like crap, so, I escaped the hubbub to go for a walk. 😅 And thank you! I was unsure of involving that clip in the vlog, but since it showed the logistics of juggling trying to add the walk in, I decided it was worth it.
Yeah, that sky was unreal! The camera couldn’t capture how amazing it looked. Awesome day! 😁
