@@3headedsnake388 What is interesting about robbing Cornwall’s train is that it does not matter whether or not you kill or spare the train’s crew. The Van der Linde Gang is still connected with it. While there is no explanation given, I am willing to bet that the Pinkertons likely stumbled across the O’Driscoll camp while they were investigating, put two on two together and knew that it had to be Van der Linde (the bloody rivalry between the two gangs is already well known and they definitely knew that the gang had fled into Ambarino with the only reason for losing them was because of a blizzard). Hosea was right about robbing Cornwall, if anything, they reopened the trail on themselves and they opened it wide.

I just realised something. In the first game you first go into Mexico in mission 25. In mission 25 in RDR2 you finish chapter 2 and go into the state of Lemoyne. Finishing the mission rewards you with a trophy called "To Greener Pastures". However, in the first game in the end of mission 25, Irish mentions wanting to seek greener pastures. Coincidence? I think not. Edit: Thanks for the likes! :)
I like how at 6:46 Micah says "This... this'd better work" right after Dutch tells them to wait for Hosea, and right after that John warns them about the guards, but Dutch criticises John about not having faith rather than Micah
Micah also seemed to be worried about this mission at the start, asking about the Blackwater money. Everyone seemed to have doubts or be nervous about this large job.
Everything that could've gone wrong in this robbery went wrong: - The gang lost Hosea, an important part of it. - Lenny, one of their youngest members, died. - Arthur started to show active TB. - John got arrested. - Abigail got captured. - Dutch, Arthur, Bill, Javier and Micah got stranded in the Caribbean for quite a few weeks.
Nah,Arthur began to look bad around Paradise Mercifully Departed, where you escape Guarma, his eyes begin to turn bloodshot and he begins to cough during the escape. Guarma was the nail in the coffin for him. If only the ship didn’t capsize.
Dutch's face after realizing Hosea was dead shows genuine shock and immediately after blind anger. and Rockstar did amazing at expressing emotions in this game.
yeah the one time hosea makes a plan that goes wrong it gets killed still it wouldnt have happend if they didnt go after bronde (yeah i messed up the name i know)
Fun details about this mission: At 6:57 the gaurds in front of the bank are probably pinkertons given their black clothing and hats, especially since the guard inside is in the usual blue outfit. At 9:31 The gang takes off their masks as the pinkertons already know them. At 9:41 Ross is behind milton like the lap dog he is and is also cowering behind the wagon while everyone else is somewhat open (even milton had more confidence than him) At 9:59 Micah mouths something. I'm not good at reading lips but I believe he just says fuck. At 10:01 John and Lenny have the worst cover in the building. Right in front of the glass front door that would be a bitch to get out of cover from. At 10:22 you can hear a tiny bit of TB Arthur when he says "Goddamn it!" You can hear the mucus/blood in his voice he normally gets after coughing or, as shown here, yelling. At 10:28 blood pouring out of his nose. At 10:31 that is actually Arthurs breathing, not Dutch, as it can be heard as Dutch is talking. Just shows how PISSED Arthur is at the moment. At 10:57 you can hear Arthur say "kill those sons of bitches!" What he actually says can change but it is always very pissed and involves "kill them!" This is one of arthurs most heated moments and is also one of the only times he cares about "revenge" (though it is only for a few seconds and out of pure anger and adrenaline [hardly revenge rather than just a gun fight]). At 16:35 Arthur voice cracks. Whether this is intentional idk, but I like to believe it is as people voice crack a lot when screaming like this. At 16:55 everyone knows the "Micah and Bill didnt stop" thing, but Dutch stops further and signals Arthur "What the hell are you doing we gotta go!" At 17:22 This is one of the last times Dutch has Arthur as 2nd place in a formation like this, on horse or otherwise. Later Micah is put in 2nd as Arthur slowly gets pushed to the back (you cannot pass Micah/Dutch fully in formation in chapter 6 [for horses]) At 18:53 Dutch, or more specifically Ben, takes the chair. He had a chair in the studio that he wouldnt let anyone else sit it and it was his chair, I like to think he is doing that right here and they just let it happen. 19:27 Funny Arthur :)

After Hosea Died Dutch went Farther Into Madness
Big Boss after Hosea died Micah took advantage of Dutch’s vulnerability and position of power
When Dutch says "I love that Hosea, he is a true artist" just before they enter the bank, a few chords play that sound awfully similar to the ones that play when Hosea's corpse lies on the ground.
You’re right
"THIS IS WORSE THAN BLACKWATER!!!"--Bill
I guess its true. In black water they were shooting up streets. But in here they were trapped
@@simonsaura8138 nah there were 3 killed in blackwater (Jenny, and the calender brothers). And 1 sepereated (John)and 2 captured (Sean and mac). Blackwater seems to have gone a lot worse.

3:22 John might be the only one who saw the writing on the wall for this heist. As good as Hosea was at planning heists, Agent Milton knew the moment that Angelo Bronte died one of the banks he protected was going to be robbed. Notice how Dutch responds to John talking about being realistic. He’s throwing all rationality out the window and starting to say and do whatever he can to justify his actions
Hosea also was against this plan.
@@leonpaelinckWhat I never even realized until a recent replay was that Hosea didn’t even want to rob Cornwall in the first place, a major inciting incident in them even being over here getting shot to all hell after Valentine.
Hosea was right about robbing Cornwall, if anything, they reopened the trail on themselves and they opened it wide.
i agree with john
Lenny’s death didn’t even have a cutscene. It makes it seem more real but yet more heartbreaking.

@Sam Beckett a massacre doesn't need to take place on several streets to be a massacre. if a large gun battle ensues in one street that's only half a mile long, and 60 people are killed in that gunfight, it's a massacre.

I like how at 6:46 Micah says "This... this'd better work" right after Dutch tells them to wait for Hosea, and right after that John warns them about the guards, but Dutch criticises John about not having faith rather than Micah
Cause all dutch cares about is people completely sucking him off.
true never noticed that
He ratted them out after this
Micah also seemed to be worried about this mission at the start, asking about the Blackwater money. Everyone seemed to have doubts or be nervous about this large job.
Everything that could've gone wrong in this robbery went wrong:
- The gang lost Hosea, an important part of it.
- Lenny, one of their youngest members, died.
- Arthur started to show active TB.
- John got arrested.
- Abigail got captured.
- Dutch, Arthur, Bill, Javier and Micah got stranded in the Caribbean for quite a few weeks.
A few weeks is logical, seeing how Arthur’s beard and hair grew during that time after the bank robbery
Pearson had no one to get meat for the gang😕
Abigail didnt get captured, she got away
Strauss couldn’t get anyone to do his loan sharking for him
Nah,Arthur began to look bad around Paradise Mercifully Departed, where you escape Guarma, his eyes begin to turn bloodshot and he begins to cough during the escape. Guarma was the nail in the coffin for him. If only the ship didn’t capsize.
The music in the background represents the anger of the gang in the moment of Hosea's death.
There's definitely snitch in the gang otherwise train robbery, Blackwater massacre and this wouldn't happen.
They were easily found by the law.
Micah talks, the poor girl who was drunk got killed because that snake talked and she claimed. He probably convinced her that. I never liked Micah.
but it doesn't make sense that he rated them out on the bank job, Milton said they got to him after their Guarma adventures.
The bank job was just bad luck. Micah betrayed the gang after Guarma. And Molly was just drunk and wanted to die.
@@Romero-wy5sd Though with that knowledge in mind, it's not farfetched to think Micah had ratted on several people before Milton got to him.

Right
If only
Well I feel like he the one was talking
He does
He was the only person wearing fully white clothes so the Pinkertons won't shoot him.
Fun details about this mission:
At 6:57 the gaurds in front of the bank are probably pinkertons given their black clothing and hats, especially since the guard inside is in the usual blue outfit.
At 9:31 The gang takes off their masks as the pinkertons already know them.
At 9:41 Ross is behind milton like the lap dog he is and is also cowering behind the wagon while everyone else is somewhat open (even milton had more confidence than him)
At 9:59 Micah mouths something.
At 16:55 everyone knows the "Micah and Bill didnt stop" thing, but Dutch stops further and signals Arthur "What the hell are you doing we gotta go!"
At 17:22 This is one of the last times Dutch has Arthur as 2nd place in a formation like this, on horse or otherwise. Later Micah is put in 2nd as Arthur slowly gets pushed to the back (you cannot pass Micah/Dutch fully in formation in chapter 6 [for horses])
At 18:53 Dutch, or more specifically Ben, takes the chair. He had a chair in the studio that he wouldnt let anyone else sit it and it was his chair, I like to think he is doing that right here and they just let it happen.
19:27 Funny Arthur :)
