GOD! There's so much WAITING in Mario's Time Machine!! You have to wait for a person to stop talking! You have to wait to go into a room! You have to wait for Newton to accept your apple! You have to wait for people to tell you what they need!! How fucking LONG does it take to travel through time!? You have to press the button to bring out the time machine, dial each number in the year you wanna go to, dial in the LOCATION you wanna go to, wait for the surfing mini-game, get all the mushrooms, run out of bonus, look for a portal, and fall INTO the portal which DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO FALL INTO THEM!! In Super Mario World you move to the area you press the button you're there!!

I don't know why, but seeing them breeze through that Joan of Arc story made me smile. They suck at remembering and learning how to play normal games half the time, but seeing them go through that and remember all the stuff told to them was pretty cool.

And here people were, losing their minds over Super Mario Odyssey having real ass people in it. Mario's Time Machine has it beat by about 22 or 23 years. It is the OG Super Mario Odyssey.

This is a good fun game. I finished it four times. I would recommend it to anyone.

As a kid in school I loved playing this emulated on my school laptop as I managed to find a site that had it that want blocked and download it. That, earthbound, and the three pack of games that had doom. Good times .

Actually the Sword of Damocles is from a legend... Basically a king is on his throne chilling when a servant is like "Man, must be nice to be chilling on that throne" and so the king is like "Yeah, wanna try it out?" and so the servant does and he's enjoying chilling on the throne acting like a king and then he looks up and sees the Sword of Damocles hanging above him by like a thread and is just like "Wtf is that thing doing there!?" and the actual king is just like "Yeah, that comes with sitting on the throne. You just have death hanging above your head." and the servant is like "Right, well, I think I'm done here" and the king's like "Damn right you are!"

This is bizarre. So you gave a copy of The Principia to some dude, later Newton says he couldn't finish the book without remembering the apple. And someone else talked about his books, The Principia and Optiks, like they'd both been finished even though he wrote Optiks after The Principia.
