  • Lie your baby on their back on a soft flat surface. Let their arms find their natural position. Turn their head to the restricted side and hold with one hand. At the same time stabilise the shoulder with the other hand, to make sure it does not lift off the floor as you turn the head. Your baby will not tolerate this for long, so little and often usually works well. This exercise will help to improve rotation in the neck, especially useful in cases of torticollis.

What do you think you should be doing? First get off RUclips and consult your physician or medical professional. 🤦‍♂

Also this video does not seem correct I don’t know anything about it other than having it and it went uncorrected, if your baby starts crying when they do things like this, don’t allow this to continue and based on what I’ve seen you supposed to do like next stretches not this, there are better videos, I don’t think has it, which is why they’re not crying from what’s happening

This was a year ago so I don’t know if my opinion or advice would apply, but newborns usually favor one side anyways until they’re developed enough to keep their head in midline. Which could also develop flat spots. But if as they grow, they still seem to favor one side I’d check in with a pediatrician and then do these exercises
