Recently I search long hair caring for boys and found your channel. My hair growth is almost 5 months at awkward stage problem is not awkward hairfall problem starts and hair is too much thick.
Used to watch these kind of videos when I started to grow my hair and now watching these videos just to check whether the points mentioned in the video actually applied for me. I've been growing my hair for about 5 years now but I didn't trim my ends not even once through this period and my hair is so healthy and silky that I can pull off free hairstyles as well so my conclusion is trimming the ends is just cutting off a month from your journey. Trimming the ends in order to have healthy hair is just a cliche in my view. My journey- Having long hair made me a rebel as the period you go through all the societal judgement just makes you so tough and it always reminds me of my capability of having patience to do something if I truly desire to do so. I think every man should try growing out his hair irrespective of whether it looks good on them or not but just to test their patience and will power and to withstand societal judgement. If you won't cut your ends for very long time, your hair growth will be slowed down cuz of split ends so it's better to get a very lil cut after 4 months, that will result in better and strong hair growth.
@@p_HoE_niX it's just a myth in my view.. I don't have any split ends and I didn't trim my hair not even once through all these years. Just use sulphate free shampoos and conditioners along with a touch of serum and you're good to go.

@@Gaurav.P0 I can't tell you exactly bro! And, i'm not that serious into the shampoo and conditioner, I mean I'm still researching, finding the right one for me. You really need to understand your hairtype and use products according to it(it doesnt mean that I dont use them), but the thing is I don't overuse them and I make sure they don't have the harmful chemicals like, parabin and sulphate as Aryan has said in his numerous videos. You can go to the mens parlour and ask them to tell you your type if you can't figure it out yourself. But, beaware that while they're doing so, they generally tend to recommend the products which generally the harmful chemicals which are meant to be avoided. I'm not saying everyone do it, but you can't tell if they're recommending it with honesty or just profit motive.

6 months in, getting kinda comfortable with my look.
10 months into it. Having a good time so far, and will grow it till I can go for a man bun and will keep it like that forever(maintain it to that specific length where it's comfortable and manageable) :) long hair is love

@@Gaurav.P0 I can't tell you exactly bro! And, i'm not that serious into the shampoo and conditioner, I mean I'm still researching, finding the right one for me. You really need to understand your hairtype and use products according to it(it doesnt mean that I dont use them), but the thing is I don't overuse them and I make sure they don't have the harmful chemicals like, parabin and sulphate as Aryan has said in his numerous videos. You can go to the mens parlour and ask them to tell you your type if you can't figure it out yourself. But, beaware that while they're doing so, they generally tend to recommend the products which generally the harmful chemicals which are meant to be avoided. I'm not saying everyone do it, but you can't tell if they're recommending it with honesty or just profit motive.
