I am cooking your receipt. As we speak I'm letting mine cook over night and going to take it possibly for lunch tomorrow. I hope it turns out good as your does. It's really simple to put together. Can't to taste it..mm mm good guys good job.
Awwww poor Mikey. I really do hate that happened to you! Hoping you have healed completely. Were those real thin chops? My hubby is a big fan of rice so this looks like one to try! As always, Love you guys and Love the Crock Posse!❤
Okay you guys I see the cream of chicken soup can you use cream of celery in that I need to know fellas and ladies and whoever else is cooking love you guys a bunch
Yep, substituting cream of celery would be just as good but you won't have the same flavor profile as the cream of chicken. Cream of mushroom would be equally good.
Hey y'all... A great way to save all the yummy Recipes That Crook, or even the ones over on GoodenessGracious, is instead of printing to paper use the print to PDF feature and save to a dedicated folder (Recipes That Crock). Then since I also have dropbox on my pc and my smartphone and tablet, I can move a recipe over to dropbox for easy reference in the kitchen, at the grocer's, etc.! ta-da!! I love doing it that way. No paper and no printer ink. (Well, confession, my kids usually use up all the paper for their college work and we're almost always out of toner.)
Great Video, I plan on trying a spin on your recipe by using pork loin instead of chops, May even make a video of it. Thanks for the Idea and I rang your bell.
Great recipe! I wish your recipes weren't always so darn appetizing. I always want to print them out and try them. I have a huge stack of pages in my kitchen and it just keeps getting bigger. I may have to get them bound and make my own cookbook. LOL! BTW, Basmati is my favorite rice too. Aunt Lou and Chris; you both have the same mannerisms and you talk alike Are you twins? You certainly could be. Keep entertaining, you all. It's not just the cooking I tune in for, you are like family and so funny sometimes. If you ever stop; I will hate to see you go. :( PS: Mikey, I don't think they can do much to fix a broken tailbone, you just have to let it heal. But I agree with the ladies, you should get it checked out in case you have a back injury. And who knows; they may have come up with some new way to fix the tailbone. Medicine keeps progressing every day.
Go get checked out. Not worth it not to. I fell in December and landed on mine at the UPS Store. Long story. My tail hurt and continued to hurt long term. I had had previous back surgery so in order to go to the orthopedic doc they wanted records which I had trouble getting as my back surgeon was no longer practicing. Long story short I ended up in the hospital in February related to developing an infection in my hip from landing on my pain pump which was in my left hip. They finally were able to do a CT scan and I had 2 cracked vertebrae in my back and needed khyphoplasty surgery to repair it. You may be fine but you may have hidden injuries which needed tended to.
I bet you bruised your tailbone. Advil 800mg twice daily. Lay flat on your back on ice with your legs elevated. If needed get a blowup donut at Walmart. It takes months to heal. Anytime you fall on it most likely it will flareup. I can empathize.
Meal is done, Mikey comes to life!!!
Washyersistersauce!! Looks very yummy!! Bet it wold be good with cubed steaks...

They were thin chops. I prefer thicker chops but these worked great!
@@MikeyGoode Thank you. We usually buy thick, boneless chops in bulk at Sam's.
Add the soups to the rice, rinse the soup cans with the water, jus like mamma taught!

Aww poor Mikey! Lol!
That recipe sounds yummy! My hubby's stuck on yellow rice. Ya think that'll work? Be careful Mike!😀
Not sure. We haven't tried it with yellow rice, just the long cooking rice to make sure it doesn't get too mushy.
Maybe it is Aunt Lou's good looks that we tune on for....... Either way, great recipe! You can't go wrong with pork. WOOHOO AUNT LOU!!!
