I suggest you to make some tutorials to create cool audio spectrums with FreqReact and the native AE plugins; To monetize this, you could put those templates at sale for the users of your plugin, I would totally buy them. Some use cases are podcast previews, music channels and some meditation stuff. Greetings from Mexico!

Nice tutorial, i can't wait for more. i have a little problem with the spectrum preview, it takes a long time to preview, and using the bake button also takes too long

I create album covers and my clients want motion graphics. Used to make music react the old fashion way. Get the audio converted to keyframes and sit there and mess with expressions. This was faster and MARGINALLY better. I have the demo and will be getting the full version!

It would be great if this plugin worked with transients so you could get a much more accurate trigger. Currently the timing looks 'off' because the lead up frequencies to the transient are being included which limits the impact and accuracy of the trigger. The frequency/spectrum view also doesn't allow for moving/animating the selected band either or dynamically selecting the most powerful frequencies in a given area. Please consider adding transient detection at least!
I've never considered this but in certain scenarios you are correct, transient detection would be superior. I unfortunately have no way to pull this off with how FreqReact is built. It uses Extendscript which is a pretty old framework, it's very limiting to what I can add.
Have you tried messing with the Time Offset mod? Maybe if you shift time ever so slightly back it will look more snappy and inline with your track.

Hey! Sorry for the delay. There's not really a name for this song unfortunately. It's just some loops that I threw together. I got them from Splice if that helps. Let me know if there's anything else.

It will get you 90% there, I just added some Deep Glow over top of it and then used Pixel Sorter 2 for the glitch transitions. Cheers!

hi, what plugin did you use for voice?
All sound design for this one was made in Bitwig Studio 3.2 without any plugins

@@LinRay7 Correct. You could achieve similar results in most DAW's, however in bitwig with the addition of "The Grid" in v3.0, it became possible to create really intricate effects without plugins. This particular effect preset is called "Stereo Boy" made by a guy who goes by the name Polarity. Although I'm also using a ton of vocal processing to achieve this particular voice sound.

When I try to select the stroke width it also selects the elipse and it doesn't let me react because there's more than one thing selected. Any way to fix this?
Weird... I am able to select the stroke width just fine on its own in AE 2022.

Is this still working on After Effects 22.5?... Seems that doesn't work, at least for me. Edit: Just checked and it doesn't work on AEX 2022 22.5, then tried in 2021 and works, i hope you can update it. Greetings.
FreqReact has been working perfectly for me in 22.5.

The circle is a shape layer with a glow effect on it. Shape layers are a great first thing to get used to in AE, highly recommended.

I get that message when applying, is missing or does not exist it may have been renamed moved deleted or the name may have been mistyped

After effects crashes everytime I hit "create". That addon is exactly what I need but I can't use it if it automatically makes after effects crash. Anyone got a fix for that?
That's rough. I've had adobe crap out on me a couple times when hitting create, but never repeatedly. Shoot me an email and we can troubleshoot what the problem is- davey @ davey.studio (remove the spaces)

can freqreact react to time-remap?
Absolutely, FreqReact works like normal on the Time Remap property. Try it out with a pulse reactor (with a low-ish X intensity) with the Additive Mod enabled. I'm finishing up a tutorial on this exact topic as we speak.
Not working on 2022 version :(
