Normal yes, acceptable no. Unfortunately AE updates have been slowly breaking FreqReact over time. Good news is I'm working on FreqReact 2.0 which will provide pretty substantial bake time improvements. Stay tuned for that!
Awesome video! Btw. have I missed something as I havent found a way to apply FreqReact on multiple layers/values at the same time. I've had to apply it one by one. It would be cool if you could apply same REACT to multiple values/layers at the same time.
This product looks extremely interesting. I have a question. I have a Saber slider. I want the End Offset to go from 0 to 100 in 1 sec when the audio hits at a certain point and once it hits 100 to reset. Will your "Trigger" reactor do this?
Sorry for the delay, been on vacation! It should be doable with the trigger reactor so long as the profile was baked properly as I show in this video. You can adjust the speed at which it goes from 0 to 100 by changing the X intensity on the reactor. If you have more questions on this, I'm more active on my discord - discord.gg/jAY6wWr
Hey, this is awesome, I just bought your plugin I love it ! I'm just wondering how I could automate the lower range of the signal ? so that It get closer to the peaks at times, I'm still pretty new to AE
Hey thanks! I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. What do you mean by 'automate' and 'lower range of the signal' in this context? Do you want to keyframe the range box in a FreqReact profile? No worries on being new! We all start somewhere🤘

For example, I have this glowing logo with an intensity slider that I've linked to a profile and I'd like to control over time where the base value of the signal is so that the react is progressively brighter over time. I would also like to not necessarily raise the peaks of the signal as well which would mean controlling the lower bound/ range. I am currently trying to do a linear interpolation of the signal in the aux pannel, I'm not talking about frequencies
He might be talking about how you had the round shape move up and down while having a trailing sine, sawtooth path and so on. Lord knows I’d love it if you made that tutorial. BTW, how does one go about reaching out to you for projects? Thanks for the great vid and will be buying the plugin now!
i bake the song, and when i try to react my clip i get an error message saying "please select a property" i click on the clip before i react and feel as though everything im doing is correct pls help
Yo! So sorry for the late reply. FreqReact reacts properties so before hitting 'react', you need to select a property, i.e. scale, position, color, rotation, etc. Let me know if that doesn't help!
If there's one takeaway from this video it would be the section that explains the differences of the "Trigger based" reactors @ 15:26.
