Learn how you can fix iPad apps cannot access photos and doesn't show up in Settings / Privacy / Photos. On this iPad it is running on iOS 13. But it would work with other iOS versions as well.
Some apps that might not have access to Photos are KineMaster, Whatsapp, iBis, etc.
