Awesome deck! I've been looking for a Bossk deck and prefer Cunning in my decks (and also tried a lot of Vigilance because The Client is fun to work with) but haven't been able to throw together anything I really like. I did take out one Jango and Crosshair for 2x Trandoshan Hunters. It has been running pretty smoothly! One quick question: Why not an extra Guild Target over Rich Reward for some extra damage and less cost against the aggro matchups like Sabine? Obviously the situation didn't come up in your match but wondering about the downsides of this switch.
Great deck showcase. I'm looking to build Bossk acter using him at the Pre-Release and having so much fun. I've got a couple of questions, did you consider Dengar instead of the Speeder? I know the Speeder is great turn 1, but like you pointed out its kinda a dead draw mid to late game. Secondly, if you were gonna jam 3 Trendoshan Hunters in there, what cuts would you make?
@@superbowler18 boba fet is the only 5 cost 4/7 leader in the game. My theory is that it was a misprint because he is so much better than every other leader at that price point
Ive been tinkering with this a bit. I like Dengar as a turn 1 1 drop. Dengar+Guild Target+Bounty Quarry/rich reward+Bossk kills most turn 1 plays from your opponent. Even if you miss one of the bounties, taking 2 off is big. The trandoshan hunters are better than you said. They are actually a 5 drop 6/4. So ECL and a bounty on board basically turns them into Maul 2 turns early which is nuts and devastates a lot of the turn 2/3 leaders. Ive also been playing with a reputable hunter. A 2 cost 3/4 is really fun. If you combo it with landspeeder, you turn 1 landspeeder and bounty their drop or dengar/benthic. Ping the landspeeder. Turn 2, drop the reputable hunter for 2, ping the landspeeder, get a second 3/4 unit with a resource to spare for another bounty or ruthlessness to get a 5/4.
How does Stolen Landspeeder work with Han’s ability? Do you just play it, opponent takes control, you kill it immediately (simultaneous when played effects), and then you play it as a 0 cost 4/3????
Our local judge has ruled this isn't legal. And evidently in an FFG draft stream they stated that Han must fully complete his ability making the combo not work.
Find it so weird that that doesn’t work when that card is based off of solo when he captures it. Like it sounds like it should synergise with the leader but no
@@LiamMorgan2711it's odd. I couldn't find the exact timestamp in the FFG stream where they said it, but I'm pretty sure the conversation in our discord was it was a designer that stated that Han's ability must complete and can't be sequenced differently.

Not sure how I feel about stolen land speeder. Slow and can be bounced
surprised u aren't playing dengar over land speeder for the extra pings when u attach bountys
that is making you more dependant on the upgrades
What happen if you play stolen landspeeder with han abibility?

You could have Timley Interventioned the Krayt for 9 damage to the Speeder.
I ran a version of this at prerelease and had a ton of success off the back of ramp into Krayt Dragon.
Boba is not an outlier, I am convinced it is a miss print and they just won't admit it.

The game designers favorite character is boba, this is the reason he is so good.

Tested Bossk a lot. Dengar is indeed very good. I opted for a Version which plays 3 Stormtrooper and 3 Dengar along 3 Vaders

Why can't you double claim price on your head? The card itself doesn't go down as a resource?
Because Bossk is once per turn double claim and karabast requires an honour system as doesn’t have that in built rule
You can't ECL Palpatine. ECL is for cost 6 or lower.
It's more of a short hand, as when I was talking about that I was referring to Timely Intervention which gives ambush like ECL.
