seemed a bit suspect how they suddenly stopped the fight without asking Klitschko, did not even ask Klitschko if he could see. If it was a one sided fight you could understand stopping it but fight was getting good. The A side generally get the benefit of the doubt.
@@saulwest8254 well I mean we'll never know I guess. But I'm sure Vitali learnt to be even more defensive after this whether or not he a had a good chin. He leans back like a kickboxer so most cannot reach him but I think Lewis realised he can hit him with his straight if he just extends really far, Lewis' reach is like 85" aswell.
@@saulwest8254 The doctor is there to protect the fighters, more often than not from themselves, Vitali wanted to continue, but his cut was an inch deep, down to the bone and took 6 months and 60 (sixty) stitches to heal. The cut robbed us of a great fight going longer, but ultimately it was the correct decision.

Nothing controversial, terrible cut, had to be stopped which was caused by a punch.
I agree this cut was only going to get worse. I feel bad for both fighters here tbh.
