I saw a video where Stacey Mckinley a member of Tyson's training team said that he did not want Tyson taking this fight because he wasn't ready and not in good enough shape, but he was overruled because there was so much money involved and i suppose because they were both getting older. But Mckinley was right, Tyson was never really in this fight

he was done after round 1. If tyson couldnt knock his opponents out in the first few rounds he always looked lethargic and disinterested and discouraged for the rest of the fight, even in his wins that went thr distance.
I used to think due to the fact he got inside on lewis so easily in this fight and just didnt work when he did, a prime tyson would easily beat lewis, but tbh tyson was never a good inside fighter, and probably prime tyson vs lewis is just as likely to go the way of buster douglas and tyson. but could go either way, i just dont have much faith in tyson's heart even in his prime

I stand to differ with many, what i see here is a nasty fight where the other fighter is allowed to hold, lean and jump over the shorter fighter. That's against the rules of boxing match. Tyson got tired because Lewis mount his heavier body over him.
Look at Holmes vs Mercer, Holmes vs McCall, Tyson vs Tills, Lewis vs Mercer there were no such holding, leaning and jumping over other fighter. Lewis also did this to Holyfield2, he pushed and grabbed.

Tyson was wayyyy past his prime here. 15 years after he won the title the first time.

I've not watched all of Mike's fights, but I've seen some doozies. He's a beast. I saw this fight years ago, but watching it again, what a let down. Lennox made this look easy. If Mike brings this performance to Jake Paul, he's going to get embarrassed.

Just like Buster, Lennox took Tyson into the deep water and watched him drown.

funny- i thought getting busted by Buster was Mikey's his worst performance...hard to choose between them. Mikey's "primetime" was when he was sitting in jail for rape.
