I'm a paranormal investigator and I'm replacing some of my cheaper chinese-made cameras and I just recently discovered the Sony DSR series cameras. So far I bought two of the D sr45 cameras with the 30 GB hard drives but I discovered the 85 series with a 60 gig hard drives and now I'm looking at those I wanted to see how they function. Is the video quality decent on it? I know it's not HD but is it close enough to HD in night vision mode that you're not able to tell?

what's the model of the light source that you can attach to the hot shoe?
I found one in my house but it never seems to focus. Even if i go to the manual focus do you know why is that
I haven't had that problem. The lcd screen might be going bad.
