- Grayson, Georgia is a small town in Gwinnett County that is one of the more affordable areas in the northeast metro Atlanta area, but there is very limited housing inventory. Since it is such a small town, there is not a ton of shopping and restaurants, but you are very close to other towns with many more options.

I’ve lived in Grayson for 5 years and it’s changed so much! I loved the small town feel, but it is definitely growing and there’s a lot of new construction happening. It’s a great town, so I hope it can keep its charm with all the change.
