Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.

I think you should do a video of the smaller towns in Georgia. Youd be very surprised at the affordability, hospitality, restaurants and entertainment in them. If they don't have everything you need its a short drive to most bigger towns, but youll find the people in the smaĺer towns so much more accommodating, polite, willing to go out of their way to make sure you get help if you need it. Monroe is one of those placesthat just lands right in your heart for the sweetness of most of the population. Just sayin, btw housing prices should much cheaper too. 11:0611:06
I live in Aiken county South Carolina it's just twenty minutes from Augusta GA I have family lives in Augusta GA Augusta and Aiken are Great places too live.
Georgia born & raised. I have lived all over GA & all over USA. Valdosta was a great place to live when I was college & I’ve enjoyed recent visits, so I assume it still is a great place to live. Athens is ok. Sometimes I haven’t enjoyed my visits, because its Atalanta lite. But it always has special events happening & definitely has charm. Cordele & Americus get mixed emotions from me because I love them but it’s very limited in opportunity unless you’re bringing your own small business to town, then it could be be a gold mine depending on what you offer the community. Columbus is much nicer than it was in the 90’s & early 00’s but I wouldn’t choose to live there. Macon, Warner Robins & Perry are essentially all the same place. I enjoy the people & the food but I wouldn’t live there a 2nd time. Savannah is amazing If I were still young I’d live downtown but now I would live in the suburbs & just drive in to town for entertainment. Augusta gets no love or hate from me. I understand why some would like it but it’s boring to me.
Where in Georgia is it good for live with small Kids. Where is the education and medical topics for kids very good but also not so expensive you think? We like the Alpharetta area but its very expensive there.
Your information is way off. Augusta’s population is 206,153, as of 2022, within its city limits and almost 700,000 in its metro area, making it the second largest metro in the state. If you’re going to do informative videos please make sure your facts are correct.
Interesting list you have put together .. I’ve lived in Ga off and on for over 20 years .. for starters you have the greater ATLANTA area and then you have the rest of GA .. I would think twice about moving to anywhere outside of the greater ATLANTA other than Augusta ( GREAT for retirees the masters and MCOG) and Athens ( UGA) .. the rest are nice like Savanah if you are visiting or in the military ( Columbus and Warner Robins) .. GA is still the Deep South
If you had to live out of your car, what city would you choose to park in and why? What resource’s does that city have that could help you survive and what opportunities that could improve your life?
@@TheUrthChild I would go back to Pensacola Florida that's my hometown. I don't have much family that live there anymore but I know how to survive there.
I moved to Savannah 11 years ago and absolutely love it!
I love Savannah GA, and the people have been so welcoming to our seniors travel group for years now!
I love Savannah.
Ugh.

The strategies are tough for average people. They're usually done well by experts with lots of skills and knowledge.
@RomanTommy Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service?

Columbus is very nice! Definitely the most underrated large city in the state

Augusta GA.
Macon is a wonderful city.
What part of Macon to buy a house or rent apartment I’m planning to move there from Florida
@@MrBoss561 I would say look downtown for lofts or on Bass Road or Zebulon Road...but definitely Downtown.
Really? I hear nothing good about Macon.
@@MrBoss561 Anywhere outside Bibb county.
Augusta Ga 😊❤
Douglasville
That use to be a great place but has to many drug gangs now like Dekalb county.
Funny I saw another video that had several of the cities as the worst place to live in Georgia.
Yes it has revitalized
The mountains are great.
However politics badddd..!!
They did elect two democratic US senators! That’s promising.
In Valdosta he's talking about highschool football specifically.

Blue ridge or Tybee Island savanna

Macon? You better be well armed and well trained.
Most of these places you showed are not affordable. Their prices are comparable to those of Philadelphia. And I live in Georgia.
Atlanta is georgia
Dude, it's Georgia.

If your AI generated voice over can’t pronounce names correctly you should consider using a real human. Just saying because it’s very disconcerting.
I agree!
Columbus is fun. It gets treated unfairly.
agreed!
And don’t forget the sand gnats!ouch

I don't like those knits
Is this the country of Georgia, or the American State of Georgia?
The state of Georgia not the country
Atlanta is not Georgia, go 10 miles in any direction outside Atlanta that's Georgia...Atlanta is awful

I only drive through Atlanta, never stop there.
