The main reason I started watching this channel was to understand why so many dudes started leaving Math’s podcast. If they didn’t speak on it, it would do a disservice to the listeners.

Back in the 90s and in the past a lot of musicians, just focus on the music and that’s how they got robbed. When you put the structure to it, that’s when you start talking about budgets strategic planning (like the best time for an artist to record) what’s gonna make your record pop, and how to wrap up the project. Many artists getthis wrong.

No one is asking Champ how Math is paying 6+ people, sans the production, from RUclips Ad Rev. I’m both inspired and confused.
That's just one problem of many. There's no clear chain of command and no one has an assigned role. There's employees discussing business operations and there's the President of the Company asking his employee champ to bring in Sponsors. That's why Business plans are essential. It forces you to strategize, define a mission statement and determine if you have a sustainable business model. Professionals respect other Professionals and hire them accordingly. Esso was Math's employee but he thinks like a Boss. That relationship was doomed from the start.
