I know that person would be mortally wounded. But I am still impressed by the structural rigidity of this flea car.
That crash angle is one of the most difficult.

Nice with some non-predictable parameters for speed, overlap and angle. Those manufacturers knows how to exactly perform well in the euroncap tests, it´s very interesting to see tests like this!

Clearly it reached its design limit. The footwell intrusion suggests boko leg injuries.

Some savage tests. Appears a non-deformable bullet? What's that do to the effective impact speed if it were two cars; head-on with both cars at highway speeds?

i've always wanted to know, too. i wish they would just do 1 test to prove or disprove the theory.
if a car does good while parked when the sled comes at 56mph, will it hold up the same if the car was moving?

There must be some chest trauma. Maybe also head injures. The steering wheel had hitted the chest before the head managed to reach its airbag! Theorerically this is a not a so bad result. however in real life this speed is quite easy to find. An head-on crash between 2 vehicles at 28 mph or 50kmh, is quite likely.
