This may have been the best league of legends video I've ever watched. 'Guides' on how to play champions are usually just a game with some talking about the champion. I mained Graves for a long time, took a break from the game for awhile and haven't been playing him since I returned as I was under the impression he was kind of weak based on his stats. This will motivate me to try again. I especially liked the section on the matchups, as knowing which are difficult/easy and especially how the matchups should be played is incredibly important information that is impossible to find anywhere online without specifically asking a challenger jungler themselves about each one.

I was watching ArFreezy's Guide when I discovered Graves Jungle for myself. I watched many videos and I actually climbed from mid Emerald to Diamond 1 because of his guides. I stopped playing League when I joined army. Now that I have time again I wanted to refresh my knowledge. Sadly he quit League and left Grave's spot empty. You could easily fill that gap and do guides/analyzes. Stuff like this.

But if you have to pick kha'zix or graves for 1v9 potential which would you choose? A great video would be. Best champions to one trick to climb. Not based on current meta but based on there strengths regardless of team comp. For example I saw a video saying why play rek'sai when you can play UDYR or KHA'ZIX as if kha'zix and udyr are just stronger overall.
Serious question I would love an answer to: Before collector had its lethality nerfed recently LDR literally did the same amount of damage vs a target dummy with level 9 graves base stats rounded down which is 60 armor with no bonuses (I used that as a reference. Seems reasonable to have first item at level 9. If you’re getting it earlier you’re fed so the game is different). Anyways if the damage pre-collector nerfs was that competitive, why not just build LDR 2nd (or even first if you want to hit crit spikes sooner). It’s cheaper, easier to build, and out scales collector pretty much immediately because of math. And this is doubly true bc LDR is getting its build path buffed. BF sword is great when you can buy it but there are cases when you have free boots and not enough gold and all you can buy is a crit cloak. Ironically it kind of fucks up your early game sometimes. And as a second item collector should not be competitive with LDR at all. When I did damage tests and saw that pre nerf collector gets out scaled by about 61 armor I didn’t even bother testing it as a damage optimal 2nd. By the time you have 2 items (as a jg say lvl 12) you are hitting champs that are level 10-14 and their base stats alone across all classes are already exceeding the point to where LDR would deal more damage. Even if you’re snowballing is it actually worse to deal 75 less damage to an ADC who you one shot regardless but deal substantially more damage to bruisers, tanks, and anyone who buys one drop of armor? EDIT: how do you suggest one go about first basing with a BF sword consistently? Or even 2nd basing it doesn’t seem plausible unless things are going your way. And if you wait until your third base you have 50% of the gold you made in the entire game at that point sitting in your in inventory unspent. If you can get it perfect but it’s so painful when you can’t
Assuming you're ahead which you need to be on graves they won't have enough armor for the stats to matter Shredding 40% of 70 armour or negating 18 is close enough where the execute on collector is better value and gets you some gold Especially RN with carries everywhere

For context I am what you would call a low masta peaker (400lp peak) and I do play quite a bit of Graves but I still seem to struggle on a few things. 1. Pellet usage during clearing - how to do this tirelessly and efficiently? (I think I use way too much of my attention span to maximize this vice versa if I am focused on other things I don't do a good job of it 2. Grubs - pellet blocking during the spawn of the voidmites, how to clear them efficiently and healthy? (not have pellets be blocked consistently) 3. How to approach teamfights especially when it comes to W usage? 4. Combos: a) 1 AA -> Q->E Combo chase/ reangle Q into walls tipts and tricks on how to use this efficiently b) When and how to use the "Superman" combo efficiently

I really enjoyed the video. I try to invade as much as I can but they fall flat. I find myself losing to the enemy jg when invading. Or if I really want to invade but I don’t have priority from my lanes it feels like I have no purpose.
It will take a lot of practice and knowledge to understand what good or bad invades will look like. You also need to polish up on your mechanics to be able to take on more situations.

A question: Is there any situation in which E-ing to recharge faster when having used both bullets is useful? I've been trying to tell my colleagues its not troll but they've made me insecure about it
@@Kaido_lol when you 2nd AA and get about halfway through the reloading animation, E'ing can give you the 2 shots instantly (reducing the reload in 0,5 if i'm not mistaken). Is there any situation where you could find this useful?
what do u think of the canyon build? he plays yoummus/opp into Phantom Dancer and IE third, he never finishes the boots because of the 12% ms from pd, so it's easy to build IE
Rn people say shyv is a bad matchup i really dont see it. She doesnt really influence lanes early, and with the current build people play she can be oneshot pretty easily + is super predictable with her ultimate Im like 70% WR vs her even though im trash

My WR on graves sky rocketed, i play him cause i dropped from diamond to plat cause of toplane meta changes, and he is very fun to play and good in this elo. But i need one advice about kha`zix matchup. If he rushes Q evo first he usualy invades me and deals way more damage due to recent buffs, after 2 items inclouding ninja tabi i win the fights, but its harder to farm or take objectives earlier on. Any tips on that?
The only single thing that I dont like about your incredible videos is the fact that is quite difficult to understand the Words coming out of your mouth, it is kind of mandatory to use subtitles and even that way is still way hard

Tbh you don’t have to invade to win on graves. It’s good yes if you’re good at the 1v1’s but you can win just by farming well, gank bot, get drake.

well I don't play against it at all in higher mmr but you should respect it 1v1, The champ is omega op if you are in range for him to hit you.
